Thought it was an hotel turned out to be a bedsit
Very dusty not clean at all paint chips all over the room walls mucky and stained
Comfortable lounge for relaxing
People smoking in front of hotel or near front door . Should have a separate smoking area , maybe one side of the out door patio area .
Room was clean and tidy you really only need to take clothes and shoes with you .
I love the reception area and the bar
there was no lift as i had a toddler in a pushchair so had to leave the push chair downstairs and the guy at reception could see i had to carry three bags and my toddler up three flight of stairs and there was no offer for anyone to help me get to my room
The close proximity to the beach. I had a fantastic time.
Close to train station and beach.
Was on the ground floor of a terrace house so heard everyone coming and going till the early hours, has sky tv but had to pay for most channels, could have done with a dust, mattress was very soft so was sleeping on a water bed. Only saw 1 member of staff breifly when we checked in and out and was never asked if everything was ok!
Lovely property, very clean n tidy and friendly
I loved the property,, only thing was my room was at the top ,, 3rd floor,, and that last flight of stairs was a killer lol. I loved dolphin rooms

one way street and no parking
Nothing
It was not clean and very poor condition
Breakfast was ok
Dont be fooled by the photos on the website. This is a HMO being rented out as a room for the night.
I arrived to a sign advising to check in 20 metres down the road so I did and parked on a separate hotel carpark (which had the amazing odour of weed drifting across it) once I checked in i was shown to the accomodation.
Housed in a terraced house I had the delight of being allocated what would have been the sitting room. So had the pavement 40 cm from my window which didnt feel particularly private as people could see me lay on the bed watching TV whilst walking past.
It did however give me a good view of the house opposite where there was a steady stream of people arriving on bikes and knocking in the side door then leaving with packages. I can only assume it was some type of distribution centre possibly linked with the carpark smell mentioned earlier.
As the room was located next to the front door other guests were welcome to smoke outside the front door, which was next to my windows and of course the small drifted in which wasnt pleasant.
When night time arrived there were no blackout blinds here either just some substandard curtains that allowed the sun to stream in at 5am.
The wooden flooring (which i guess is easy to clean) although I think the cleaner must have been off ill due to the dust around the room, did nothing to allow residents to walk around there room quietly and at times I thought Michael Flatley and his riverdance team were going up and down the hallway.
The ensuite was tastefully 🙄 tiled completely in black, floor and walls making it hide any dirt and dust very well. I wish I had brought a head torch to find my way around it.
The morning arrived and as a terraced house it was bin day so the council bin truck arrived to collect other residents bin at 6.30am I didnt matter as I had been awake since 5am due to the sun beaming through.
Breakfast was actually ok, although not a huge choice but was priced well and service was quick.
room was beautiful , unexpected surprise 4 poster bed , very clean and tidy and staff were all polite and lovely

My son decided to explore and pulled open the bedside drawer which fell apart and landed on his foot so that could do with replacing.
