Breakfast was delicious; we had the full English with toast and it was just the right size. We didn't get to experience the bar but it looked absolutely beautiful and very comfortable. The decor was gorgeous and everywhere immaculately clean. Bed was super comfortable and I was so thankful for the opening window and the fan - they set Dolphin Rooms apart. Shower was very nice and hot too.
Tiny things. Pepper and salt shakers would be better; we had just 1 pepper sachet between 2 people. Could have done with a slightly bigger table in our room for laptop/mouse and a fridge would have been the icing on the cake, especially in such hot weather, to be able to have a cold water in the night and first thing. Staircase to the room was a lovely modern wood but a little hard for me with bad eyesight - marking the edges of steps in a different colour would help. The only other thing was that online when I booked it gave checkout time as 12:00 (part of reason I chose Dolphin Rooms) but confirmation then said 11:00 - that was a little frustrating.

Great location, off street parking, Warm and welcoming reception, the room was spacious and very clean, bathroom was extensive and very clean. On the whole, a fantastic place to stay. Would definitely use again.
Northing - it was perfect.
Easy to find where to park, location great. Bed comfy. Towels good.kettle good size but no biscuits on tray and not enough coffee for 3 guests. Great addition with the fan.
More information needed about locating reception. Some tiredness in the room and bathroom but adequate cleanliness. Breakfast needs more attention if you’ve never been before don’t know what to expect. Maybe thicker mattress topper needed.
When we arrived at the property and went to check in , the man that was checking us in was lovely and also gave upgraded us for free. The suite was clean and spacious. They was even a sky box in the room which was a lovely touch.
They aren’t many parking spaces at the back of the property. But the hotel will give you a parking permit to park on the street if they is any spaces.
