Pros:

An excellent stylish hotel/resort in Batam, very quiet, with excellent large rooms, in particular the suites (as we were fortunate to have been upgraded).
The peaceful view over the golf course is very relaxing.
Certainly the best resort breakfast in Batam and a very good restaurant. There is also a cafeteria with tasty snacks and cakes.
A choice of swimming pool!
We most certainly enjoyed our stay and were truly thankful for the upgrade to a spacious suite.
Thank you Raddison. We hope to come back when we visit Batam again.

An Excellent Stay!
Pros:

This is my second visit to Raddisson and I must say it is an excellent hotel with exceptional service by staff. The room was welcoming, spacious and spick and span. The hotel looks very new and is within an accessible location by Grab to the city. I was given a King bed even though they ran out of it as I had booked the hotel on the day of travel. But due to the conscientious staff, the hotel managed to find a King bed for us with a great view. The staff service is top notch. Really worth a visit.

Cons:

The breakfast had good variety but perhaps some of the dishes could be more tasty. Not really a downer though.

Pros:

They follow my request correctly and we do enjoy our stay there with connecting room. The staff is all super friendly and helpful. This was my 2nd time staying there. Breakfast was good.
