Mi shock was that I arrived after 11:30 pm because the placa is not in Saltillo city, but at 70 kilometers away!! Then they just sorry we do NOT take card, it has to be in cash” so in a town I have never been there it, without people walking it took me almost 38 more minutes to get cash. I was very angry and tired

Un hôtel qui n’a aucun sens commercial

À notre arrivée la réceptionniste ne trouve pas trace de notre réservation et veut nous appliquer un tarif plus élevé
Après une heure de discussion nous relouons des chambres moins cher mais à un tarif plus élevé que celui de notre réservation initiale
L’accueil a été déplorable
