Clean room friendly staff

Checked in, was given room key, unlocked room door only to find another man asleep in the bed. Super unsafe place. I’ve now been fighting for a refund for 2 days.

Very easy check in, nice front desk worker.

The whole place

Staff wasn't at the table or even near the entrance, found the desk concierge talking with people outside the building. Outside smelled like smoke. Inside smelled even worse, yet somehow the lobby was OK. The room smelled even worse. The building looked relatively new yet somehow the cleanliness left it falling like i stepped into a 60 year old bronx apartment building. I suppose this was why the price was so low. I would only consider staying here again with my family if these things were taken care of first otherwise i won't be staying here again.

Checked out early and they tried to charge me for three extra days before they went and checked to see if anyone was still there.

Was a great time and great location for the concert

It was very clean, great parking and surrounded by businesses for food, shopping etc. Great parking.

When the clerk took a copy of my identification she remarked that i looked much older than the picture on my id. I felt insulted and said so. She said it was a joke then said i was rude and threatened to not let me stay.

The WoodSpring Suites in Wilkes-Barre is an acceptable place to stay near a wealth of shopping and dining. If planning an extended stay, I don't know if there are more amenities for the unit. For example, although there is a microwave, refrigerator, and a couple of electric burners, there were no utensils and cookware for cooking, no silverware or plates and glasses and not even cups of any kind to drink from. The room's overhead light was sufficient and the bed was comfortable.

I love that the rooms are like a little efficiency apartment!

This property is being rented out to welfare recipients by the month. It's filthy, stinks like weed, cigarette smoke. The front desk is not manned 70% of the time. Constant babies crying, children unsupervised 24/7. This place is a disaster. We prepaid for 4 nights but left after 36 hours. We are in our 60's and need our sleep. Save yourself trauma and find a better place to stay. If you're seeking out dirty, sticky floors, surfaces you don't want to touch, loud noises 24/7, unsupervised children, then this is your place to go.

The staff was wonderful customer service was a 10/10 but the actual hotel was dirty. When we got to our floor the smell in the hallway was disgusting. There was a Kitchenette yes, but there were no cabinets and no plates cups silverware! Literally nothing. The sink, bathtub, and walls were all stained. Would never go back.
