可以走往七條方向的地下道進到飯店內，如果走地面上也不怕拉行李要走樓梯，左側有無障礙通道；衛浴是乾濕分離，而且浴缸跟淋浴是分開的，浴缸放水還有定量裝置不怕放太多水；空調可以調整成自己舒服的溫度不怕太熱或太冷；枕頭兩顆，其中一顆有顆粒應該是蕎麥殼，躺起來高度剛好；有利用洗衣機的話還可以從電視看剩餘時間，非常方便；整體住宿體驗非常舒適，下次來京都還會選擇這間

如果以四處旅遊為目的的話，接近車站是非常方便的。
Pros:

這次是第二次入住，一共連續住五個晚上。早餐非常豐富，雖然大致相同，但因為選擇性多，所以很開心。當天的櫃檯人員非常的親切，在當成梯間遇到所有的清潔人員也非常的親切到早安，這是非常溫暖的。

如果再來京都需要藉著車站的交通還是會繼續選擇再住。

這是第二次入住以供住五個晚上早餐非常的豐富些人都是相同，但選擇性多也令人愉快。所有的員工都非常的親切熱誠的服務，包括在當層遇到所有清潔人員都熱誠親切的道早安個人非常溫暖。

Awesome ,wonderful and memorable stay , despite its for work
Pros:

The location was so convenient with many eateries and shopping and drug store. Just walking distance from kyoto station. The staff was so courteous and helpful. Always serving with a bright sincere smile. They even help us with arrangements of transporting our group of 5 luggages from hotel to Tokyo and calling the Tokyo hotel to ensure and confirm with them our reservation and letting them know the delivery of our luggage. It’s really beyond our expectations! Will recommend thus hotel to my friends

Pros:

The location is fantastic and very easy access to JR station and bus terminal via the underground tunnel. The room is clean and bathroom is spacious. We had great 3 night stay here.

Cons:

The arrangement of washing machine could be better. There was a night that 1 person occupied 3 of the 6 washing machines for the whole night. Getting a washing machine is like a battle. It would be good to have some sort of system that allow one room to use only 1 machine at the same time.
