perfect location if you want to stay in Ginza, walking distance to main street of shopping, and the food market. Clean and very nice staff.
The hotel was in a prime spot for transport with an elevator to lower station levels. It was steps away from food and shopping at the station.
We loved the hotel's buffet breakfast - the selection was extensive.
The large bed was in a corner, not noticeable on the photos, inconvenient, but certainly comfortable.
The hotel was in a very convenient location, being very close to the train station and to many shops and restaurants. We loved the fact it was just a short walk from the tower. The hotel itself was very clean and staff were very friendly. We liked the additional amenities available in the reception, such as shampoos, soaps, etc. Access to laundry facilities was very convenient at the time.
The room was a little small, and beds were not very comfortable. Unlike every other hotel we had stayed at during our trip to Japan, breakfast was not included in our room rate. We paid for breakfast one morning and were not very impressed with the breakfast, thus did not purchase breakfast from the hotel again.
Location was great for public transport.

The location is great. The hotel is clean and the staff is nice. No complaints at all. The breakfast was also good. Variety of options.

The room was well appointed and very comfortable. Being so close to Kyoto station was a great advantage on daily commute as a tourist, whether using a train or bus. Location is amazing. Breakfast is great and catered well to both our tastes, with my spouse being pescatarian. Overall a brilliant hotel.
The experience of drying a load of clothes/washing in the laundry was not great.
Reason: The machines wash absolutely fine, but the style of laundry machine uses high heat for drying, as opposed to the condenser type dryer (which extracts moisture without high heat required, thereby friendly to the clothing).
This experience of using the laundry did not detract from me giving the hotel iteself a 10/10 overall.
