Perfect hotel for a night or two, I wouldn’t use this for an extended stay.

Pros:

Location, clean, feels secure and comfortable as the reception is 24hours and they can see everyone who comes and goes. Good self service laundry facilities great staff! One of the reasons I returned and plan to return

Cons:

Nasty plastic kettle that should be abolished and replaced with stainless steel for health reasons l, nasty restaurant manager when I forgot to pre purchase my voucher. The food is pretty basic but attitude is like I am trying to enter a Michelin starred resto.

通路にも空気清浄器が配置され、清潔感、匂いもなく満足でした。

Cons:

➀フロント入り口がわかりにくい。
➁洗面所の床に、シミがあり清潔感にかけ、バスタブの排水も不十分だったので、大きなマイナスポイントです。

Beautiful hotel, wonderful staff, great location!
Pros:

Convent to train and bus stations to get wherever you need in in Kyoto in short order! Super clean and upscale and the walk in shower/tub room was fantastic. Great value for the amenities!

Note you can walk underground straight from Kyoto Station to hotel and never see sun or rain! Didn’t know this on arrival and end up in a short walk in rain and added cost for cab instead of a short 8min walk from Kyoto station!

If I’m ever back in Kyoto this will be my place to stay!

Cons:

All was good. Nothing bad to report.
