Disappointing
Pros:

Location good and good amenities

Cons:

I couldn’t get any breakfast tickets which sucks as I purposely booked this hotel for the breakfast convenience

Bed was surprisingly uncomfortable compared to the previous two times I was there

Location is very good. Kyoto station, Starbucks, Food and Drink, 7 Eleven are very near.

The staff are wonderful and very helpful. Thank you.

Hotel and room are very Clear.

We will stay here during our next visit as well.

I would definitely recommend this hotel
Pros:

Fabulous location, close to station bus and taxi’s. Great breakfast choices of food. Great room, great facilities - there is a yodabashi store with a supermarket in the basement and Uniqlo right next to the hotel too
