Pros:

A localização era perfeita ao Lado da estação de Kyoto. O quarto era muito confortável e maior que a média no Japão.
As amenidades eram bem variadas e de muita qualidade.

Cons:

Do café da manhã, o restaurante que serve o café é Vietnamita, e quase não tem opções ocidentais.
Faltavam itens para quem tem problemas com lactose, foi mesmo muito fraco, pela qualidade do hotel poderiam ter muitas mais opções.

アクセスも良く便利で快適なホテル
Pros:

部屋をセミバブルからダブルに変更してくれました。ベッドが広いと寝やすく快適性が上がりますので満足度が高かったです。また、浴槽の作りが独特ですが、トイレとバスタブがセパレートされており快適性も良かったです。部屋は広くはないですが、静かで快適でした。
3日間の宿泊で、雨模様の天候でしたが、京都駅から地下道でホテルまで行けるので傘も必要なく非常に助かりました。
地下鉄も地下構内にあるのでとても利便性が良いホテルでした。

Cons:

もう少し部屋が広いと嬉しいですね。京都駅周辺に同系列ホテルが3件あるため、地理に詳しくないとホテルを間違いやすいです。私たちも間違いましたが、スタッフの案内があり助かりました。あとは京都という土地柄、ホテルの雰囲気作りなのかは分かりませんが、廊下の照明をかなり落としているので非常に暗く感じました。

Too small for the price paid for a room for two people. Two people average size Japanese.

Bed too small for two people for the high price.
Had stayed previously in Daiwa Roynet ekimae in Morioka for two people which was less expensive and more spacious.

Ótimo custo-benefício.
Pros:

Localização muito boa, ao lado de um shopping e a 2 quadras da estação de Kyoto. Perto do metrô e pontos de ônibus. Staff super simpático, gentil, atencioso e solícito. Hotel novo, super limpo, bom café (estilo oriental), quarto com bom tamanho, cama confortável.

Cons:

O café da manhã não oferece algumas coisas a que estamos acostumados no ocidente, mas isso é normal por lá.

Perfect location
Pros:

We found this was the perfect location to stay in Kyoto. It was a block from the station which gave us access to the both the station and bus terminal.
The staff were so attentive and couldn’t do enough to assist us. The hotel accommodated a last minute booking change and assisted in forwarding our luggage to Osaka. A really lovely stay.

Cons:

The bed was a little bouncy and small.
