Pros:

Convenience to alot of eating places in Mount Austin

Cons:

The pillow provided by the hotel is sooo bad. Just one night of sleeping, my entire right shoulder until now im experiencing sharp sore pain.

Should improve on their Cleaniness

Excellent value for money
Pros:

Great value for money. Beautifully decorated and clean lobby. Comfortable and clean room. 24 hour reception. Good location away from noise but walkable to eating areas.

Cons:

There was a certain smell I didn't like when I entered the room but nothing unbearable.

Decent hotel. Very worth.
Pros:

It was clean, comfortable, had amenities. Relatively secure and the staff were very nice. When they clean my room they never took anything.
They had a lift to go to our rooms. There's also a water dispenser downstairs. The room has a kettle provided with lipton tea, sugar and creamer.
The toilet had a hand towel in case you didn't want to use your bath towel.
They also have a luggage rack if you're coming for a longer stay.
Do note they have a 100RM deposit.

Cons:

It was very cramped. The slippers were a nice addition but very slippery in the toilet. My toothbrush bristle broke and I had to spit it out. I couldn't put "Do not disturb" if I took out my keycard so I was surprised to come back seeing everything was made tidily. It was a pleasant surprise but I also was anxious about theft in the first place, so I wished they didn't come in without permission.
The air-conditioning was sometimes cold sometimes warm. I couldn't control it using the remote.
There's only 1 chair in the hotel despite being a room for 2.
