Pros:

Nhân viên thân thiện, hỗ trợ.
Giá phòng qua Genius rẻ so với vị trí trung tâm.

Cons:

Điều hòa ban đầu không hoạt động. Thử mọi cách thì có hoạt động nhưng không mát, bụi nhiều.
Thang thoát hiểm ở phía trước ban công rất nguy hiểm, đã hư hỏng và xuống cấp trầm trọng. Mong khách sạn rà soát và khắc phục càng sớm càng tốt. Phần lớn kết cấu thép đều đã mục nát tại vị trí phòng của tôi.
Một điểm khác tuy không phải lỗi của khách sạn. Nhưng khách Nga thật sự rất ồn ào và mất lịch sự. Các phòng bên, hành lang và tầng trên khá ồn ào, kéo bàn ghế liên tục.

Расположение. Море рядом. На этом всё.

Cons:

Номер сильно уставший, на шторах плесень, в душе плесень, уборку делают вид, что делают, ни разу постельное не поменяли, само постельное белье далеко не первой свежести, кровати рассохлись, их бы выкинуть еще год назад надо было. На сайте пишут можно заказать завтраки, реально их нет.

Tôi đã lưu trú 3N2D. Cảm thấy mọi thứ rất ok. Cho đến khi tôi tiếp tục đặt 2N1D vào ngày 20/06 - 21/06, khách sạn tự ý huỷ phòng mà không thông báo cho tôi sớm với lý do rất vô lý, khônb liên hệ được vớ tôi vào ngày 19/06 để xác nhận chắc chắn nhận phòng. Khi tôi nhận được email vào lúc 12:30 ngày 20/06 khi chỉ còn cách 1h30p để check in lúc 14:00 ngày 20/06. Thông báo do ko liên lạc đc nên huỷ phòng, nếu còn nhu cầu giữ phòng thì có thể liên hệ sđt lễ tân. Nhưng khi tôi gọi lễ tân, ko cho tôi cơ hội giữ phòng, chỉ nói do bên em liên hệ chị xác nhận việc chắc chắc chị đến ko đc nên huỷ. Trong khi đây là điều khoản ko hề nêu kho đặt phòng. Báo hại tôi chạy ngược xuôi kiếm phòng trong tình trạng phòng khan hiếm cuối tuần và giá phòng bị đẩy gấp 4-5 lần với ngày thường. Tôi đề nghị xem xét thái độ lễ tân và cách hành xử với khách hàng của khách sạn này.

Hotel doesn't expect customers, very dirty, no maintenance, everything damaged,
bed & everything ruined out, the exhaust fan in the bathroom doesn't working, causing the room very smelly & it has been removed without replacing, only stick a piece of plastic to cover the hole

Только положительные эмоции от проживания в отеле! Мы приехали во Вьетнам не в отпуск, а пожить. Главный критерий по выбору отеля было проживание с питомцем. По прилёту заселили быстро, раньше времени, чем по регламенту. На следующий день сразу же исправили все мелкие недочёты (по холодильнику, телевизору)....так как у нас собака, то уборку просим производить при нас....все делают быстро, что нужно меняют, пополняют. Пастель, полотенца чистые. При том что номер достаточно скромный, вся техника работает исправно (кондиционер, сантехника, душевая кабина закрывается, нет перебоев с водой, хороший напор).Расположение ооооочень хорошее. Отель находиться так что и до моря две минуты, и в то же время нет сильного шума от дороги, из нашего номера боковой вид на море. Отдельно хочется отметить очень хороший, отзывчивый персонал. Все вопросы решают быстро, стараются помочь по любому вопросу. Нам помогли решить и личный вопрос, не связанный с проживанием....за что очень благодарны! Ну и итог: решили не искать квартиру, а продлили проживание ещё на месяц!

Конечно за свою стоимость грех жаловаться , но все же гигиенический шланг в говне, не работающий вай-фай, неполная замена белья, отсутствие уборки, плесень и сгнившая лестница представляют незабываемый колорит отеля
