The only thing which was not their fault TV and internet not working

We booked a Queen size room but it was clearly a full size bed and Deadbolt to room door don’t work
Nothing was not able to stay after paying for my room was advised that bc it was so late it was past their check in the man locked the doors
How the staff would not accommodate and they kept my money when it had not been 24 hours

Hôtel un peu vieillissant mais bien
Great experience from start to finish! The gentleman at the front desk with locs provided excellent service, and Rhonda, the housekeeping supervisor, gave me such a warm welcome. My room and the entire property were clean and well-maintained. The staff really made me feel comfortable and welcomed. I’ll definitely be back!
I had a great arrival experience with Meka at the front desk! She explained all the hotel had to offer and was kind and accommodating.
Front desk and housekeeping staff (only staff I interacted with) were incredibly friendly and helpful
Small cleaning spots in the room, such as a smear on bathroom vanity/shower. Nothing significant that I felt the need to report while staying there. It would also be helpful in the future to make a note for parking options for those driving from out of town who may not be familiar with this area.
