The people working there were the best part.
Pros:

The hotel staff was outstanding. They were all friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The bed was uncomfortable and very used in the center. The chaise lounge chair in the room clearly had been "cleaned" but the stains were still visible and that was gross. The whole hotel needs some upkeep to look nice and new again. Most of the room was nice, but linenes and the common areas seemed dingy.

Overall I give the stay an A- Loved the room, bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was ...eh
Pros:

The room was nice and spacious. Not too crazy about the shower. Just don't like that rain shower head. Other than that the stay was very pleasant. Staff was very good and liked them all.

Cons:

Really didn't like the breakfast. One of the waffle irons was not working properly and would liked to have eggs.

Never got to stay because the place smelled like weed

Cons:

When we arrived at the room, it smelled heavily of marijuana. We talked to the folks working the desk and they tried to get us a different room. It also smelled the same. Because they were booked up for the night, that was all we could be offered. We had to go somewhere else for the night and are trying to get a refund, since it was booked on booking.com. They still haven't responded to the cancellation request though it has been 48 hours.

We really enjoyed our family friendly stay. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
Pros:

Really liked the location to the main downtown attractions like the aquarium and museums. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Also the rooftop view of the city was really nice at sunset.

Cons:

There was not enough seating in the breakfast area.
