Great experience from start to finish! The gentleman at the front desk with locs provided excellent service, and Rhonda, the housekeeping supervisor, gave me such a warm welcome. My room and the entire property were clean and well-maintained. The staff really made me feel comfortable and welcomed. I’ll definitely be back!
I had a great arrival experience with Meka at the front desk! She explained all the hotel had to offer and was kind and accommodating.
Front desk and housekeeping staff (only staff I interacted with) were incredibly friendly and helpful
Small cleaning spots in the room, such as a smear on bathroom vanity/shower. Nothing significant that I felt the need to report while staying there. It would also be helpful in the future to make a note for parking options for those driving from out of town who may not be familiar with this area.

Could have been cleaner. Sheets were stained so we used the back up ones in the closet. Have stayed in past Home 2 suites by hilton and were much more updated. But you do get what you pay for.

What can I say about my new home away from home. I came into Atlanta for 5 days as I began my Doctoral program. My room was clean and extremely comfortable. I upgraded to the Queen Suite and it was like having my own dorm room. Every morning as I was running to catch my Uber Ms. Sonya and her team made sure that I didn’t leave without a hot breakfast, a smile and a blessing for a great day. No matter where I was in the hotel the staff greeted me warmly, ensured I was not in need of anything. And finally I have to give a shout out to the front desk staff, including Meka. I may not remember all of the names but I will remember how they made me feel. They all helped to make any extremely stressful and scary week feel like peace.

We came here a year ago to move our daughter into college and have came back multiple times since. This place truly makes you feel at home. The rooms are clean, we love the suite amenities that the rooms provide, and the staff is wonderful! The breakfast crew, those ladies are truly the best, we love them like family and they remembered us.
My husband and I attended a WNBA game at State Farm Arena on Sunday, August 16th. We enjoyed our (1) night stay and were welcomed by friendly valet staff outside, as well as by the front desk clerk at 2:30 that afternoon. This morning (Monday) we enjoyed a well organized, delicious breakfast.
The breakfast staff ( Sonya and Zella) were so friendly and welcomed us and every guest that entered the dining area. What a pleasant way to start our day! We will definitely come back on our next visit to Atlanta!

Staff was wonderful, rooms clean and beds comfortable. Breakfast was complimentary and good. It was in a good location with walking distance to some restaurants (which the staff gave us a list of). Would stay again!
It was downtown, so it was a little noisy (not hotels fault).
