We really enjoyed our family friendly stay. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
Pros:

Really liked the location to the main downtown attractions like the aquarium and museums. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Also the rooftop view of the city was really nice at sunset.

Cons:

There was not enough seating in the breakfast area.

Staff excellent. Rooms great. Good location.

However I booked my room few months before arrival on booking.. and when my husband and I, with 1 grandchild age 10 went to check in. She said unfortunately we have Sold your room, but we can move you to two separate rooms or we can put you in a corner room that has a couch in the opposite room of the main bedroom. (Pullout )So okay we did that and my grandchild's bed was terrible, look to be broken, bent, thin mattress when you pulled it out l.it was down in the middle like a hill. But we made it work. Just a FYI becareful
When booking thru 2nd party. Bc if they need your room they will use it.

I couldn’t stay do to lack of information pertaining to parking.

Pros:

Breakfast n staff was great would have liked brown sugar n raisins for oatmeal other than that it was awesome.

Cons:

Didn't know it was valet parking but even with that it was an awesome stay .I am sure I overlooked that it was valet parking.
