Pros:

Очень уютная квартира, кухня оборудована всем необходимым. Мебель не новая но в отличном состоянии. Чисто, ухоженно. Отлично квартира для не курящих. В здании есть чудесный ресторан на 5 этаже, очень жаль что узнали о нем поздно. Очень вкусно и нормальная цена.
Каждое утро уборка номера. Для проживания отличное место. Рекомендую. Можно немного снизить ценник, процентов 15% будет достаточно для правильной цены.
Спасибо персоналу.

Luxury apartment in classy quiet district.
Pros:

Very spacious apartment for a family stay. Huge comfy beds, nice kitchen and washing facilities.
Situated in classy suburb with big private schools, parks and high-end restaurants around. Electric cars silently flowing by.

Cons:

Unfortunately we had no internet access (our fault) so we didn't get to explore the area as much as we would have liked. Would have appreciated details of airport links via metro/Maglev.

Pros:

We always stay here when returning to Shanghai. Having a kitchenette to cook when we want, the ability to do laundry in suite and the living room area are all a plus. There is a Family Mart and Starbucks just outside, and dianping cart around the corner on weekdays, plus a corner stand with fresh fruit and vegetables only one block away. There’s also an import grocery across the street. Also, reasonable and legitimate massages at Bamboo 7 within 4 minutes walking!!

The units are clean and staff checks in daily. If you want to be in Jinqiao, this is the place to stay.

Nice place to stay in Shanghai
Pros:

We were at rhe middle of Aug 2025. The place is not far from nain city sight seens and located in the comfortable not overcrowded city area. It's close to Pudong Airport (40 min).

Thanks for the host master for the hospitality and very good order in the hotel.

Pros:

Очень чисто, прекрасные удобные кровати, кондиционер. Каждые день меняют полотенца и приносят воду. Персонал любезно согласился бесплатно оставить наш багаж в день выезда до самого вечера (у нас был вечерний рейс).

Cons:

Далековато от метро - 20 минут быстрым шагом. Завтрак очень скромный и однообразный. Нам также пришлось доплачивать 78 юаней за ребенка 12 лет. Завтрак был включен только для двоих человек.
