Kan het aanbevelen. Even rust en wat luxe voor de volgende bestemming.
Pros:

Goede, vlotte service. De kamer was onberispelijk, alles piekfijn in orde. De luchthaven shuttle op tijd, 04.30, dus was ik op tijd op de airport.

Cons:

Ik was er maar 1 nacht en heb dat zonder enige ergernissen doorgebracht. Het inchecken ging gesmeerd ook al was ik aan de vroege kant.

Excellent Stay with Outstanding Service
Pros:

I had such a great stay at BATIQA Hotel Pekanbaru! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and everything felt well taken care of. What really made my experience special was the service — especially from Rizki at the reception. He was super helpful with every request and made sure any little issues were sorted out right away. Always friendly and professional, he really made me feel welcome.
Overall, this hotel is a great choice when staying in Pekanbaru. Highly recommend it!
