Serdecznie polecam, cisza, spokój, wblisko centrum.
Pros:

Duży apartament, sypialnia + salon z aneksem. Klima w każdym pomieszczeniu, do tego bardzo wydajna. Bardzo dobrze wyciszone pomieszczenia, po zamknięciu drzwi tarasowych nie słychać żadnych hałasów z zewnątrz. Duży zabudowany taras, także śniadanko można zjeść na zewnątrz w samej bieliźnie, to samo z kolacją. Blisko centrum, 5 minut drogi. Na ostatnim piętrze basen, nie za duży ale zawsze na miejscu , żeby można było się schłodzić. Obiekt ofertuje własne miejsce parkingowe w podziemiu, ale wjazd jest bardzo wąski.

Cons:

Najsłabszym elementem pobytu były łóżka , zarówno w sypialni jak i w salonie rozkładana sofa były wygniecione/zarwane, także o komfortowym śnie ciężko pomarzyć.

Pros:

Die Appartement liegt in Strandnähe in einer Seitenstraße, die von der Strandpromenade in Rimini abgeht. Der Badestrand ist in fünf Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Ein sehr guter Supermarkt ist ebenfalls in fünf Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich unzählige Restaurants, Bars, Cafés und Läden. Die Wohnung ist über einen Sufzug zu erreichen und ist klimatisiert. Schön großzügiger Wohn-/ Essbereich mit offener Küche. Große Terrasse und Pool auf dem Dach.

Cons:

Die Küche ist sehr sparsam ausgestattet. Nur ein Minimum an Ausstattung.

Pros:

Много раз тут останавливались. Все отлично. Это одни из самых больших апартаментов в Римини. Есть все необходимое в номере и можно попросить то, чего нет. Очень тихо, чисто. Большой балкон, где приятно проводить время. Очень любезный персонал! Приедем еще))

Pros:

La posizione è ottima, le spiagge e la passeggiata lungomare sono raggiungibili in pochi minuti a piedi; anche il centro di Rimini dista una decina di minuti a piedi o in bicicletta. Arredi in ordine, buona pulizia complessiva degli ambienti, staff giovane e cordiale.

Cons:

Mancanza di zanzariere, letti singoli nella seconda camera un po' troppo piccoli per un adulto. Dai cassetti dell'armadio emanava un cattivo odore, un po' più di cura nella pulizia non avrebbe guastato.

>> Lage ist super - 5 Min zum Strand, alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten + Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe

>> Pool am Dach war super (leider ohne Sonnenschirme)

>> Balkon sehr groß

>> die Betten waren leider nicht so gut und bequem

>> keine Deutschen TV Sender. Mit Kindern nicht so von Vorteil wenn sie doch mal schauen wollen



Allgemeine Info:

>> Tiefgarage war mit meinem Seat Ibiza + Dachbox nicht möglich. Die Höhe beträgt in etwa "NUR" 1.80 m
Ich durfte alternativ in der Anlage parken - für 15€ am Tag.

>> Parkplätze sind verfügbar in der Zone B blaue Markierung und kosten 5€ am Tag - befinden sivh neben der Unterkunftund drumherum. (Gebührenpflichtig Mo-So von 8-20 Uhr). Verfügbar je nach Urlaubszeit nehm ich an.

Mooi kamers met een prachtig uitzicht en dicht bij het strand

De locatie waar de residence ligt is perfect, mooi dicht bij alle restaurants, cafeetjes en erg dicht bij het strand. Ook de kamers waren mooi ruim

Cons:

ik vond het jammer dat er nergens thee/ koffiefaciliteiten waren dat je even wat kon gaan drinken in het verblijf zelf. Of dat dat aangeboden werd op de kamer

Наш номер був дуже просторий , шикарний балкон , все було чисто і добре. Було кілька моментів (зламаний замок у ванні та ін, але все дуже швидко вирішили і полагодили)

Pleasant stay at a great location
Pros:

Great location and friendly, kind staff.

Cons:

Value for the price is something that leaves desire for more. Same or even less price in Spain, Malaga for comparison. Price is still not bad for Italy but for me I was expecting more. The rooms were a bit outdated, kitchen was very basic and the bathroom needs a refurbishing too. Don't take me wrong, it was NOT bad - but i was expecting more for the money.


The pool is super tiny too and has very strict rules (which are impossible to obey with kids)

Perfect location, everything you need for s comfortable stay
Pros:

Great location, few minutes walk to the beach, restaurants and activities for kids.
Quiet neighborhood. Helpful staff.
Clean apartment with basic equipment for the kitchen. We enjoyed spacious balcony and a swimming pool.

Cons:

A kettle and vine glasses would be good to have in the kitchen.

Die Größe des Appartements war gur. Die Ausstattung war in Ordnung. Etwas mehr Besteck wäre toll gewesen.
Die Lage von dem Hotel ist zentral. Man kommt schnell zum Strand oder zu den zahlreichen Restaurants.

Cons:

Die Schlafcouch ist eine Katastrophe. Man wacht jeden Tag mit Rückenschmerzen auf. Diese müsste dringend erneuert werden.

Pros:

Location, pool, beds, space, wardrobes, balcony, helpful and kind staff, private parking under the house.
Just everything you need.

Cons:

The chairs on the terrace become quite uncomfortable when sitting for a longer time. They’re wooden and narrow, and start pressing into your thighs. However, this can be solved with a towel or by bringing a more comfortable chair from the kitchen.
It’s also a bit of a pity that there’s no umbrella or retractable shades on the terrace. During sunset, the sun can get pretty intense, shining directly onto the terrace the whole time — but this is quite subjective.
