L'albergo è stupendo! Grande,pulito e confortevole, bellissima la piscina..tuttavia si nota una certa modalità distanziante e fredda nel servizio ( tranne un bravissimo e sorridente ragazzo in cucina) a tratti scadente nello scocciato ( signore in reception) che molto poco a che fare con l'ospitalità romagnola..non ci tornerei..anche se la struttura è meravigliosa

Non esiste hotel nel mondo migliore di questo !
Pros:

Dopo un anno sono tornato all’Hotel Sorriso e, sinceramente, non sono tornato per la struttura, per la posizione o per qualsiasi altra comodità. Sono tornato per le persone.
Nella mia vita ho girato il mondo, ho soggiornato in centinaia di hotel, dai 4/5 stelle ai resort più esclusivi e lussuosi che si possano immaginare. Eppure non ho mai incontrato due persone come Ciro e Ascanio. Competenti, professionali, disponibili, ma soprattutto autentiche. Ti accolgono con un calore e un’attenzione che oggi sono diventati quasi impossibili da trovare.
Ciro non è semplicemente un direttore: è il cuore di questo hotel. Ama davvero i suoi ospiti, si preoccupa sinceramente che ogni persona viva un’esperienza perfetta e riesce a creare qualcosa che nessuna struttura di lusso può comprare: la sensazione di sentirsi a casa e allo stesso tempo coccolati meglio che in qualsiasi hotel a cinque stelle.
Posso dire senza alcuna esagerazione che ho visto hotel molto più costosi, più grandi e più famosi, ma nessuno mi ha lasciato ciò che mi lascia ogni volta l’Hotel Sorriso. Qui non si acquista semplicemente una camera: si vive un’esperienza umana straordinaria.
Se state cercando il posto dove essere trattati come ospiti speciali, dove ogni dettaglio viene curato con passione e dove l’accoglienza raggiunge livelli che vi assicuro non si incontrano in qualsiasi parte del mondo, allora avete trovato il posto giusto.
Io continuerò a tornare, anno dopo anno, perché persone come Ciro e Ascanio sono uniche. E quando trovi qualcosa di così raro, non lo lasci più.
