Wonderful 100% stay again
Pros:

Staff where so friendly and helpful, and room we cant fault so clean and welcoming
Beds clean and comfortable
A wonderful stay

Cons:

There was nothing really, would have liked more chose of food places not just costa and burgers

Very handy location for those travelling North / South. Basic but clean and comfortable accommodation. Friendly helpful staff. Guest parking immediately outside the accommodation block away from general Services traffic.

Good, but could have been better.

The rooms were clean and ready and everything seemed to work.

Cons:

There was no room service between the days, so we were left with dirty cups, full bins and no tea, coffee, milk on day 2.

It was so poor, I almost slept in my car instead.
Pros:

The location worked well for me, the instructions to find it were very clear. I liked having a kettle.

Cons:

It didn’t feel very clean, there were big stains on the sofa and carpet. The bedsheets were ripped, the bathroom is outdated.
The room was very hot and smelly. There is no air conditioning, the window opens directly to the lorries’ parking lot with vehicles being noisy all night.
