部屋は広くて他のホテルより良いです。フロントスタッフも英語が出来ます。残念なのは、朝食会場が老朽化している。食事も他のホテルと比べると、味が落ちる。部屋のインスタントコーヒーが他のホテルと比べると美味しくない。部屋のミネラルウォーターも他のホテルと比べると、美味しくない。

My worst experience on Booking
Cons:

The staff was unprofessional. We booked through booking the room with breakfast but the reception and the staff blocked us rudely telling that we have not. I called the Booking service center and they confirmed my right to have the breakfast. They treated us very bad. I travelled a lot and I have been in hundreds of hotel, something like this never happened during all my experiences.

ホテルの環境やサービスなどはすごく良かった。一方で、エクスぺデイアの対応が酷かった。新型肺炎の関係で帰国日が早まったため、ホテルに相談したら、エクスぺデイアからの連絡が必須とのこと。海外からエクスぺデイアに掛電するなど必要な処置をしたが、キャンセルがうまくできていない模様（エクスぺデイアからは連絡すら来ない）。どうやったらキャンセルができたのだろうか。海外でホテルを予約するときには、（特に、）日本人はエクスぺデイアを使用しないことを薦めます。これまでも海外のホテルを予約していて、緊急な事態に遭遇したことがるが、アゴダなどは、きちんと対応してくれます。

The hotel was in a very nice location away from the busy city. Everyone that i dealt with were wonderful to me and helped me when needed and I really needed help during this stay!!! The Coronavirus Alert!!!!! Property was in good condition, liked my room and breakfast was good as well!!! The people were wonderful to me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

前台部門應變能力有待改善.
第一件是最後入住日, 房卡不能刷進去, 然後我要來來回回走三遍才行.
第二件是處理退房時, 前台同事不知道我已經預付了房間價錢, 還要我入住第一天時付了一次性的人民幣2500元押金, 到了最後退房時, 前台同事才知道是多收了本人的押金.
