When we checked out

Cons:

There were garbage cans collecting water in the lobby, my shoes stuck to the bathroom floor, seemed construction needed to be finished in rooms, someone else’s hair throughout room, toilet seat not clean when I arrived, took 20 minutes for hot water to get to the room, desk chair broken and unstable. Delavan not a city so you can get to everything easily.

there was nothing enjoyable of this hotel

Cons:

we got there, got our room number, opened the door, a man was in there and told us it wasn’t ready, went downstairs to get a new room, the outlets didn’t work, there was no shampoo and conditioner in the bottle attached to the shower, no bottle for body wash, the floor was DISGUSTING. we all wore our shoes in there. (room 211), and the door also didn’t lock from the outside.. which we were not aware of til the next day after we had left the night before to get dinner.

There was nothing I liked.

Cons:

The staff was rude, the rooms are gross and the hallways smelled like Marijuana. The breakfast was repulsive.
