Pros:

Downtown Delavan is beautiful. I think the hotel needs some renovations.

Cons:

The man at the the desk was very rude. The sink in the bathroom leaked bad. The TV in the room was so small you needed a magnifying glass to see it.

Unless you want to over pay, not a bad place at all
Pros:

Value, best designed disabled shower in any motel I’ve ever had.

Cons:

Parking, no hand soap in room, no do not disturb sign in room, when flushing the toilet it was 25/75 if it would stop running or require multiple flushes to finally stop, outlets poorly placed, floor lamp light bulb burnt out, no light in shower, no fan or heat in bathroom leading to dangerous condensation on floor.

Harassment
Pros:

The owner Kevin harassed me before the check out time about a fee that was already paid online. Called the phone in the room continously and knocking on the door demanding payment and disrespecting his guests. Listen to me people, do NOT book a room here

Pros:

Our room was adequate. Good location.

Cons:

The lobby was scruffy. The front desk person was dressed, as if he was homeless. Walking in made us very uncomfortable. After we spoke with him, he was very nice. You have to make that lobby nicer and, if you have anything to do with the bar, clean that up too.

Pros:

It was a short stay but the bed was nice I didn't have to walk up stairs and I totally utilized the huge stand up shower 😉

Cons:

There was a man the night I checked in with a little attitude but when I gave him a little attitude back the rest of the interaction went fairly smooth

Nice people not a good bathroom experience.
Pros:

The location was excellent, the staff was friendly, the breakfast was good.

Cons:

A broken lamp shade was sitting on one of bed stands when I got to my room. There was no hot water for the shower. There was a lack of counter space around bathroom sink. The toilet roll dispenser was dilapidated and looked old.
