Ramada Hotel & Suites by Wyndham Amwaj Islands Manama

Excellent service hotel was fully booked and very busy. Nurum hotel manager was always there to answer any questions. Provided me help with arranging a taxi service to KSA. Adnan in the lobby and Said during breakfast were very friendly. Had an amazing time and loved the service.

Pros: Fantastic experience. Manager was kind enough to upgrade us to a suite fit for a king! Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Views were great. Staff was friendly, helpful, cheerful and seemed eager to please. Place felt secure.
Staff picked up on an overcharge that was quickly remedied. A package that we requested to be sent to the hotel was graciously accepted a couple days before our arrival. All in all a great stay. Would go back again on our next trip to Bahrain.

Cons: No USB ports in the rooms which for a hotel of this stature is quite surprising.
Also balconies are locked (for safety reasons the notices state) which is a shame given the view.

We stayed as a family of six, including two young kids and two teenagers, and had a wonderful experience. The hotel was very nice, clean, and everything was up to the mark. We booked a non-smoking room on the first floor, facing the pool, which was very convenient. The kids especially enjoyed their time at the pool as well as the hot and cold baths. Overall, it’s a great place for a family vacation and we highly recommend it!

Stayed over during a 12 hour transit. Very warm welcome at hotel! Front desk clerk who attended to us is a fine gentleman who was very helpful and courteous. Cluster Security Manager was happy to store luggage on our behalf till our return a couple days later.

Pros:
Room was well lit, spacious, clean and quiet though it smelled a touch musty on arrival. Elevator access to floors is controlled by having a valid room access card. The bed was firm, the fridge worked and hot water flowed readily without having to wait an eternity.

Cons:
Only downside is that the room LACKS USB ports.

Very Good Hotel and Excellent service and hospitality. Rooms are neat, tidy and spacious. Staff are very cooperative.

We had an excellent family dinner experience. The food was truly delicious. Big thanks to Chef Noby Thomas and his team for their amazing culinary work. Everything was well presented and full of flavor.

Ms. Joana, the Operations Manager, ensured the entire evening ran smoothly with perfect arrangements and warm hospitality.

Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for great food and a welcoming atmosphere.

We enjoyed our trip a lot from the check in and check out, reception staff really good and helpful especially Mr. Moez, he helped us for early check in.

Breakfast was good can be improve more with main dishes. the in charge in the restaurant very helpful guy i forget to ask him name.

All good very good price i have paid for 3 bedroom apartment.

Rooms are nice and comfy place is quite and would recommend the place people are giving you their all the rooms are clean and facilities are clean too food was nice the location is so good for those who needs quite place and near to the airport and facilities are available

The room was inadequate, lacking slippers, shower soap, and a functioning door lock. This will be my first and last stay here.

We celebrated a special event at the rooftop bar and restaurant. Farooq and his team were amazing in preparing for our arrival and serving our party in a kind and professional manner. Highly recommend this beautiful location! The views are impressive and the people are even better!

Staff great room great

The staff at Hotel reception is very rude and so as duty manager.
They asked us to wait till 4 hours after check in time for the room. The staff should he well trained to welcome guests , staff did not care about elderly and children as well. We will never stay here again

We stayed at the Amwaj suites twice in our trip to serve as a short stay inbetween our other travels. The hotel surpassed our expectations due to the low price we paid compared to the exceptional rooms, service and staff we experienced.

The rooms were exceptionally large, the largest in our entire travel. We booked the two bedroom with living room, kitchen etc. the living space and kitchen area was incredibly spacious and comfortable. Both bedrooms and living room had a TV. I was also surprised there were 3 bathrooms and a washing machine/dryer, this was so helpful.

My kids loved the jacuzzi, another surprise! And overall we had a very relaxing stay.

There is no kids club, however as it was a short stay we used the swimming pool and steam room/sauna facilities. It was a shame the outdoor pool was not heated during winter, however my children enjoyed the smaller indoor pool. I would recommend installing heating for winter outdoor pool and also some small sheltered or indoor play area for children.

The breakfast surpassed our expectations, the choices were plentiful and everything was delicious. They also had lots of Indian dishes eg curried daar lentils and sweet vermicelli, karak tea.

The staff were superb, especially the omelette/pancake station chef, he was great. It was great to have freshly cooked pancakes or eggs. Check in and all other staff were very polite, friendly and helpful. When we had an issue with one TV, they sent a staff straight away to fix it and he did. Amanullah in particular was very pleasant and friendly. He helped us at various times Inc check out and loading our bags when we were leaving.

I would recommend and use this hotel again. If you are not bothered about beach or kids area I highly recommend this as a longer full holiday stay.

The accommodation was very nice and very good and clean The waiters and staff are accomodating, thank you from Philippines sir chief Anthony Dataylo and from Egypt Sir Said Hegab. the food they prepared are so good and delicious. Excellence service! I want to come here soon. ❤️❤️❤️
