I was a layover passenger in Ramada hotel situated on the beautiful Island of Amwaj, the staff welcomed us very warmly when we entered in the hotel Mr.Tiran/ Adel/ Ms.Banu/Remya. Very courteous staff and helpful at reception,specially the Manager Mr.Nurun The food which was prepared for us was delicious served in the Citrus restaurant the staff in the restaurant was helpful and cheerful too,amazing property to stay in and services were top notch will definitely suggest to come and stay here.

I celebrated New Years at the Ramada at Amwaj and the staff made sure that we had a great time! They went above and beyond in assuring that we had a great time! I would like to think Nurun for making my stay as pleasant as possible. He went out of his way to make my entire stay better than expected. I’m looking forward to staying there again in the future.

Ramada Hotel Bahrain Amway with manager Nurun Shahin and all the staff are always so hospitable and friendly and helpful. It's always lovely to visit there. They always go out of their way to make you as comfortable as possible. It's also very nice to visit up on the roof. There is a peaceful atmosphere and always nice music playing and it's very beautiful. One can relax and switch off there. You are an amazing group.

Easy check-in and check-out. The staff were really professional and friendly. Plenty of parking was available. Complimentary tea, coffee and water were provided in ample quantity. The place was very clean and the rooms were spacious with really comfy beds and pillows. They also provided more than enough toiletries. Breakfast was nice with a good variety of options.

Special mention to Nurun, the manager who was always around making sure everything was in order and even checked on us during breakfast which really shows great management. And Divya Nair at the reception was super helpful and arranged an extra hour for our checkout which we truly appreciated.

Specifically Breakfast is excellent. Personal assistance are perfect. everybody is trying to help and make you comfortable. Room is clean. seaside view. Wi-fi is so powerful.

Excellent service hotel was fully booked and very busy. Nurum hotel manager was always there to answer any questions. Provided me help with arranging a taxi service to KSA. Adnan in the lobby and Said during breakfast were very friendly. Had an amazing time and loved the service.
