Good not great
Pros:

Location was great, the Ueno area was bustling and vibrant.

Cons:

Room was tiny but that was to be expected. Staff mildly interested. The breakfast was extremely basic. We ended up buying cereal. Pillows were terrible

Great Location
Pros:

The location was great within walking distance of UENO station which was great since we had to take the train very early the next day to Kanazawa. Room is standard Japanese size, bed was comfy.

カーテンの色とかで部屋が明るく感じました。
朝ご飯が無料でちょうどよい量を食べれたのでよかったです。

朝ご飯の飲み物の量を増やしてほしいと思いました。
子供が飲みやすいオレンジジュースとかミルクとか。
１日目に暖房をつけたかったのでフロントに聞きました。その通りに調整したら暖まったのですが２日目はなかなか暖まらずでした。

Hotel bardzo dobrze położony, kilka minut spacerem do stacji Ueno ( dojazd do lotniska Narita). Stacja metra tuż obok, handlowa Ameyoko 10 min pieszo. Pokój malutki, ale czyściutki, wygodne łóżko.

The AC is bad. Only have the option ON/OFF. There is no place to eat outside snacks. You have to eat them inside your room. They dont let you eat in the breakfast area.
The breakfast is bad. You have daily tickets to trade ir for a single breakfast item and is very poor in variety and quality. Plus, of you want extra food you have to pay for it. Really bad service.
