Room was excellent
Location excellent but difficult to find and even the taxi driver not familiar with where the apartments were actually located inside a shopping mall. Did not help when the afternoon staff on did not answer the phone to clarify where to go. she told us she did not answer as she was serving another customer (called four times). I was thinking at that time that the booking must have been a fraud.
Staff members not very helpful but the morning person was very good.
When I request to be transferred to Fusionopolis Science Centre as I may an error in booking (both called Fusionopolis, the manager should have been consulted to allow flexibility as I am not from Singapore and was genuinely attending a conference at NUS. This was not considered and I am very disappointed as I had to take the taxi when I could have walked to and from the conference venue.
Great location. Everything you need is in the building or nearby. Transport right next door. Dining and supermartket in the building. Amazing views and quiet suroundings. Great bed, great batchroom, all was excellent.
Nothing to complain
The room had an unblocked view and at the same time gave us a feeling of a "home away from home"!
Some of the facilities within the unit viz. The bathroom were dated. We found a few cockroaches and on one occasion a small lizard inside the bathroom. We had to then request the staff to remove them. Also, the shower cubicle would leak often till it was rectified by the staff. For some reason the water pressure in the bathroom was very low leading to difficulties in the uagd of that toilet..but...surprisingly the bathroom in room upstairs (it was a loft/ duplex unit) the water pressure was good.

Comfortable appartment. Free water (dispenser in corridor and jar in the room). Washing machine and drying rack. Terrace, opened on demand (maybe some people are afraid due to height?), I was very happy with terrace. All needed was available in appartment. Metro is in the same building, there is also a small mall with few resto's in the building and with great department store (lower floor) where you can find everything. When coming out of the metro, there is also a 7/11. 2 bathrooms in appartment. Not cheap but worthed the money, highly recommend and would defenitely come back.
The appartment is a bit outside of the centre. However with the convenience of metro in the same building we got everywhere easily by metro. Quick, in 25 mins we were in the centre, needed 1-2 changes (easy metro and very good coverage).
