Pros:

The property was not at all creepy, felt like a culture clash. But overall the rooms were pretty dang old and breakfast was a nightmare. But the rating was mainly for still been in business and for been a beach front property.

Cons:

Not great I'm afraid. Booked a Seaview room and got street view instead. Lots of people had the same issue so people were at checkout complaining. The staff offered us a 15% discount but only if we cancelled the booking.com booking, so they don't have to pay the fee.
Most of the facilities didn't work. The elevator didn't work, the phone in the room didn't work, tv in the room didn't work, the bed was really creaky, and they only provided one towel, despite there being two of us staying here. Don't be fooled by the good pictures. Personally I wouldn't recommend it here

The restaurant should be closed, food just isn’t eatable, ants inside the food and drinks

Tarifs non respectés par l’hôtel, A notre arrivée on nous explique qu’ils ne peuvent pas nous laisser les chambres au tarif prévu donc surcoût de 220$ sinon pas de chambre…
Après 20h de voyage c’est parfait…..

Poor customer service, No hot water, breakfast was overpriced and average. Found hair in the sink and on the mattress.
Booked Seaview ocean side room. On arrival told it wasn’t available so had a noisy road side room , no discount or compensation offered. Could be a great hotel but staff and management running at super poor level. Shame

Someone late at night entered our room- had code and. Looked inside, security checking issue.

Lovely staff rooms need to be sorted out.
Pros:

We had a great time here. The staff were brilliant and very helpful. The condition of the rooms is not up to scratch but we were compensated for the problems we experienced. Rooms need to be fully tested before guests can stay. TV didn't work at all and the air con was on and off.

great location to surf
Pros:

we really had great time at this hotel. The staff is really gentle. The hotel and its public area really nice. The location is one of the best for surfers with a reaf break point and a beach break. except for surfing, there are not a lot of activites around the hotel.
