Völlig in Ordnung, kleine Ärgernisse am Rande.
Pros:

Zimmer klein, aber fein, Bad/Dusche ebenfalls.

Cons:

Pool/Spa sehr in die Jahre gekommen, Ladesäulen für eine langsame Säule teuer.

Pros:

Wir waren zu zweit und waren defintiv und sehr zufrieden. Sowohl die Ausstattung, dem Wellnessbereich, den Mahlzeiten und vor allem aber auch die überaus freundlichen, kompetenten und hilfsbereiten Mitarbeitenden sind hierbei auf das höchste zu loben. Die Lage ist sowieso traumhaft.

Pros:

Zimmer im älterer Stil eingerichtet, aber sauber. Frühstück ok. Schön gelegen, aber weit außerhalb des Stadtzentrums. Je nach Verkehrslage ca. 1 Stunde bis Zentrum! Abendessen im Restaurant sehr gut!

Cons:

Indoor Pool, geschätzt 50 - 60 Jahre alt. Gut gemeint, aber ist weit von heutigen Standards entfernt! Dringend Renovierungsbedürftig bzw. Komplettneubau.

Pros:

Die Lage ist ganz schön, jedoch befindet sich das Hotel in der Einflugschneise des Hamburger Flughafens. Also für ruhesuchende Gäste, die tagsüber vielleicht im Garten entspannen möchten ist das natürlich nicht schön und sollte auch in der Beschreibung erwähnt werden. Denn wenn man selbst Zuhause so etwas ertragen muss, dann möchte man das im Urlaub eher nicht haben.

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit des Zimmers ließ sehr zu wünschen übrig. (Im Sekretär, der als Tisch genutzt wurde, befanden sich Yoghurtreste, Krümel vom Essen. Eine alte Nachricht von vorherigen Gästen an das Zimmermädchen lag noch herum. Alles war sehr verstaubt. Die Duschabtrennung (Glasscheibe) war defekt und flog bald heraus. Alles war voller Kalkspuren.
Dies haben wir reklamiert und somit mussten wir keine Kurtaxe und auch keine Gebühr für unseren Hund zahlen.
Also Preis-Leistung war für uns überhaupt nicht passend.

Only one night but it was a very nice experience.
Pros:

The hotel is lovely and in a beautiful setting. I was a little disappointed that I didn't have a wheelchair accessible room but I managed the stairs ok. We didn't have the breakfast. We would definitely stay there again.

Pros:

Ein wunderschönes Hotel!!! Sehr ruhige Lage - mitten im grünen, ein kleiner Wellness Bereich mit Pool, Sauna und Fitnessgeräten, ein Restaurant direkt im Haus, ein super üppiges Frühstücksbuffet - wir kommen definitiv wieder!!!
