Un manque de communication
Pros:

L'hôtel est tres bien placé, beau et avec un tres bon petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Nous avons prit l'avion pour venir, et avant de prendre l'avion nous avons finalement décidé de contacter l'hôtel pour savoir s'ils proposaient ce service. Nous avons prit contact (avec beaucoup de difficultés, ils répondent tres mal sur Booking, zalo ou whatsapp). Ils confirment qu'ils peuvent proposer un taxi, ils nous demandent notre numero de vol puis ... plus rien. Quand on débarque de notre avion ils ne se passent rien, personne n'était au courant et ils avaient juste arrêté de communiquer.
2e probleme : on avait demandé un lit bébé. On le prend sur booking, c'est confirmé, mais on décide quand même de confirmer avec eux par message et ils confirment. On arrive dans la chambre et rien. On va les voir a l'accueil, la personne nous dit qu'il était pas au courant, qu'il n’y en a pas de dispo et qu'il ne peut rien faire pour nous.

Vu le prix de l'hôtel, ce niveau de communication est vraiment surprenant et décevant.

C’était bien et plutôt satisfaisant. Je reviendrai sans hésitation.
Pros:

L’hôtel est très bien situé, à deux pas de la vieille ville. Le petit déjeuner est correct. Les chambres sont propres. Le personnel est sympathique.

Cons:

Je préfère que le petit déjeuner ait plus de choix sur les nourritures locales.

Perfect home base for Hoi An getaway
Pros:

Very central location, easy access to Hoi An River Walk. Rooms are comfortable, very good bedding, air conditioning is quiet and working well. Breakfast was really good, with a large choice of Vietnamese and Western food. Restaurant food is also surprisingly good even compared to other fancy restaurant downtown. Special thanks to staff at reception, super friendly : Tina, Daisy and Alice.

A Very Compy Deluxe Hotel in HOI AN

Pros:

big room with big washroom , clean , very good Breakfast , elevator good noiseless,n very good for noise free sleep , @12 minutes stroll walking to River , then Old Town & Night Market, Old Town fantastic @ sunset with lots of eating places & coffee cafes .

Great stay and 100% happy with our ten day stay.
Pros:

The location was excellent and very close to everything we needed. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfasts were above average. For the price point this has to be one the best deals in Hoi An. If we returned we would definitely stay here again.

The spa was very inexpensive and the staff were good.

Great hotel for work or tour and steps away from the Old Town
Pros:

This was a very nice place to stay for 5 nights for a work trip. Most people who stay at this hotel are on tours for 1-2 nights, so it is busy in and out each day. But the staff, the comfort of the room and bed, the location close to the Old Town and the quality and diversity of the breakfast make this an outstanding hotel. Lyn, Daisy, Alice and Violet were all high-level in customer service and hospitality. The bed was huge and very comfortable. Wifi was strong and the tv worked well. Finally, the breakfast was outstanding with its mix of local and international options.

Cons:

The hotel is a bit dated and could use a refresh soon, especially the bathrooms. Other than that, everything was very positive.
