Great hotel for work or tour and steps away from the Old Town
Pros:

This was a very nice place to stay for 5 nights for a work trip. Most people who stay at this hotel are on tours for 1-2 nights, so it is busy in and out each day. But the staff, the comfort of the room and bed, the location close to the Old Town and the quality and diversity of the breakfast make this an outstanding hotel. Lyn, Daisy, Alice and Violet were all high-level in customer service and hospitality. The bed was huge and very comfortable. Wifi was strong and the tv worked well. Finally, the breakfast was outstanding with its mix of local and international options.

Cons:

The hotel is a bit dated and could use a refresh soon, especially the bathrooms. Other than that, everything was very positive.

I had a really lovely, relaxing stay and the staff were wonderful.
Pros:

The location was an easy walk to old town and the river. The pools were very nice and the staff were exceptional! On my birthday they left some sweets in my room which was very thoughtful. The bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

It was a little noisy at times but nothing too problematic.

Lage ist genial, direkt neben der Altstadt. Frühstück gut, frische Früchte, Kaffee. Personal super freundlich und hilfsbereit! Gym in die Jahre gekommen, jedoch alles funktionstüchtig und ein Workout klappt gut.
Pool sowie Hotelbar haben wir nicht benutzt.
Haben unseren Aufenthalt sogar verlängert (7 Nächte), da uns die Stadt so gut gefallen hat. Würden auf jeden Fall wieder im Silkotel übernachten!

Silkotel and especially SPA
Pros:

We had a lovely stay at Silkotel Hoi An!
The hotel was spotless and the rooms were large, bright and very clean. The location was perfect for exploring Hoi An, with the old town and markets just a short walk away.
The breakfast was also very good, with a large and varied selection.
We also used the spa facilities and had an incredibly professional massage. It was the perfect way to relax after a day of sightseeing. Thank you, Anna!
The staff also deserve a big thank you - everyone was so friendly and helpful.
All in all a great hotel that we would happily recommend!

Great stay
Pros:

Great hotel. Stayed in a villa which was comfortable and roomy. We enjoyed very good Vietnamese massages. Anna was very welcoming. Would recommend. Great breakfast/staff.
