Great holiday wonderful experience

The hotel and the staff are all a credit to the company the Manager Violet could not do enough to ensure we had a brilliant experience both in the hotel and Hoi an she was ably supported by her colleagues Alice on reception in the restaurant Lisa and Lily were always very attentive if I could name all the staff I would do as each and everyone of them contributed to a wonderful stay in Hoi an

Not fancy but had a cozy feeling
Pros:

Me and my bf stayed during a super crowded weekend in Hoi An. Outside streets were noisy because of all the tourists but inside hotel felt calm. We had a small window facing little street and could hear vendors in the morning. After floating lantern event we came back for foot massage. Anna’s pressure was perfect for us.

I really enjoyed Hoi An. We stayed here for one night. The hotel is close to the old town, making it convenient for getting around. The breakfast was varied. The staff were lovely, especially Lily.

Stayed for work but ended liking the place
Pros:

normally dont write reviews but this stay was comfortable enough. Room was not luxury or anything but very clean and AC worked strong during the June heat. Breakfast was simple, not too many random dishes which I actually liked. Reception lady remembered I always drink black coffee in the morning, small thing but kinda nice honestly.

My legs felt dead before this massage
Pros:

Honestly I only booked 30 mins foot massage but ended doing 60. The lady pressed really hard on my calves, painful but good pain haha. June weather in Hoi An was crazy hot so the cool room felt amazing. They used some ginger balm that smelled pretty relaxing. Slept like a rock after.

Rainy afternoon in Hoi An but still nice
Pros:

We came around the end of May when sudden rain started almost every evening. Staff gave towels right away when we walked in all wet lol. My kid loved the pancake station at breakfast and kept asking for more. Room was quiet enough at night, only heard some bicycles outside in the morning. Old Town was super close so my parents didn’t need walk too much.

An Amazing First Impression of Vietnam
Pros:

We have traveled to Vietnam twice, and this was the very first hotel we stayed at when arriving in Da Nang. Silkotel left us with such a wonderful impression. The value for money is outstanding. The staff were absolutely amazing, especially Peter and many others whose names I unfortunately cannot remember. Everyone was professional, friendly, attentive, and truly dedicated to making every guest’s stay perfect.
