Great location, quiet, friendly staff, clean, good breakfast
Beds were too hard for our liking, a pillow top or foam top would have helped us. I realize this is our personal preference though.

Desde el primer momento nos sentimos bienvenidos gracias a la atención cálida, cordial y profesional de Şenol, el propietario. Su amabilidad genuina y permanente disposición para ayudar hicieron una enorme diferencia durante nuestra visita a Capadocia.
La habitación resultó magnífica: amplia, confortable, impecablemente limpia y con toda la calidez y el encanto que uno espera de un auténtico hotel cueva. Combina perfectamente la experiencia tradicional de Capadocia con el confort moderno, creando un ambiente único y acogedor.
La ubicación es otro de los grandes puntos fuertes del hotel. Permite acceder fácilmente a los principales atractivos de Göreme y ofrece vistas privilegiadas del entorno, especialmente al amanecer y al atardecer.
Sin embargo, lo que más queremos destacar es la extraordinaria dedicación de Şenol para ayudar a sus huéspedes. The personnel is very kind and supportive. In case any questions arise, we could always go to the staff and they would help us with the best care possible. The rooms are also very clean and the environment is also not busy, which is ideal in case you would like some rest. The location of the hotel is also ideal, as it would take you around 5 mins to walk from the hotel to the city center. The hotel also has a terrace, which is ideal for watching the hot air balloons during sunrise. The breakfast is also good and it can be seen that the hotel owner really cares for his hotel and his guests. Overall, the whole crew of Vista Cave Hotel made my holiday in Goreme/Cappadocia amazing!

The staff were very friendly and location was good - although we didn’t get to see the balloons there were plenty other things which we were told about and recommended to do. Hotel was lovely and clean
