Une agréable decouverte

Cute room. Everything was great. I would just suggest to fix the noise of the bathroom door. When we open and close. Thanks for being pet friendly. Loved happy hour and dinner.

Hôtel très agréable, confortable, service efficace

Convenient location, just a few minutes walk from bayonne centre. Overall more focus on design than fuction, but still a pleasant stay.

Como hotel nos ha gustado bastante, de hecho cuando nos quedemos en Bayona, este será nuestro hotel de confianza.
Tiene cosas chulas como las vistas en el último piso y desde la habitación, Pero hay cosas que mejorar, como por ejemplo que pague extra por tener acceso las 24 horas a los snacks y bebidas calientes del Club (planta 9) y durante la mañana me fue imposible acceder a poco más que 2 napolitanas y unos cafés porque estaban con los desayunos y el brunch. Y por la tarde-noche solo había manzanas y naranjas (es decir, frutas, no snacks)
Y por otra parte, viajamos con perro y nos asignaron una habitación que en general estaba muy bien, pero según abrimos la puerta olía mucho a perro, como a perro grande de olor fuerte, que no se fue ni abriendo la ventana y poniendo el aire. Por lo que el tema de la ventilación y/o la limpieza no fue la correcta.

Excellent accueil à l'hôtel OKKO qui sait chouchouter ses clients. L'idée du club avec des petites grignotes et des boissons à disposition toute la journée ainsi que la planche d'aperitivo offerte sont très appréciables. Très jolie vue depuis la terrasse et l'espace commun.

Personnel à l'écoute. Chambre confortable. Bonnes prestations.

Décoration sympa et personnel accueillant

I love the firm bed, buffet food is delicious especially the basket of fruits, walking distance to the grocery. Close to the train station and old town as long as you don't mind walking. Snacks and coffee machine open for 24hours is great!

部屋のエアコンのリモコンが壊れていました。
バスルームが異様に大きくて、ドアが重く、開閉しづらかったです。デザインに重点を置いているようで、実用性に欠けています。
朝ご飯の種類は少ないです。
夕方以降にアペリティーボとして軽食が無料でいただけると聞いていましたが、アルコール等ドリンクを注文しないと食べてはいけないような雰囲気でした。軽食を提供していた小柄の男性スタッフの口調が強く、威圧的な印象を受けました。メガネをかけた男性スタッフの方はフレンドリーで、親切な方でした。
ホテルがペット同伴okの為、部屋に動物の匂いが残っていて不快でした。

El hotel tiene una entrada un poco curiosa. Tiene un ascensor que te lleva a la última planta para registrarte. La habitación cómoda y el hotel está a 15 minutos andando al centro y alrededor no hay nada para comer ni desayunar

At first, it took me a moment to get used to the reception and dining area being on the 9th floor. Reception were great, provided a quick tour of the facilities and explained what was available during my stay. The view from the 9th floor restaurant was awesome. Hot shower, easy to use. Loved the short but comfy stay.

広めの部屋で使いやすかった

De belles et originales chambres, une literie très confortables. De nombreux services a disposition et un personnel très professionnel et sympathique avec une vue magnifique sur Bayonne.

Etwas seltsam war die Reception im 9. Stock, aber das Hotel ist gut und originell eingerichtet, Frühstücksraum und Terasse ganz oben im Hotel haben eine tolle Aussicht in die Umgebung. Vom Hotel ist man in ca 10 Min zu Fuss im hübschen Zentrum. Parking ist im UG.

Je regrette avoir appris en arrivant que le parking etait payant et si cher ! De plus la chambre etait vraiment petite ... un peu moins ee design pr un peu plus de confort svp (notamment sur la litterie !!)

Boutique design hotel in a lovely district. The club facility was a novel, delightful benefit for guests. Perfect for our few nights stay. One minor thing I missed was a fridge in the bedroom.

Very good choice in a city we really enjoyed. Very good bedrooms, excellent top floor lounge/ eating area and breakfast choice. Only down points were the sometimes frustrating lifts, slightly steep prices for overnight parking and a disappointing lack of response to pre arrival communication (in person at the hotel was good). But would generally recommend strongly.
