Personeel: vriendelijk, klantgericht en hulpvaardig. Maar ook de rust die het hele hotel uitstraalde. Buiten op Plaza de Mayo herdacht/eerde een grote mensenmenigte de overleden Indio Solari. Dit gaat begrijpelijkerwijs gepaard met veel emotie. Vanaf het restaurant met dakterras was alles goed waar te nemen, in de kamer (aan de voorzijde gesitueerd) was alles rustig. Twee jaar geleden was ik een week te gast in het naastgelegen NH City hotel. Nu in NH Collection: Het grootste verschil is de vriendelijkheid van personeel. Het personeel in Collection neemt je serieus en is vriendelijk. Mijn ervaring twee jaar geleden was ronduit negatief. Volgende keer Buenos Aires is zeker NH Collection.

Faltou taças de vinho no quarto . reclamarei pedi , deixando recado em espanhol para o hotel e não fui atendido .
Argentina sendo um dos maiores produtores de vinho do mundo . E quando chegava no quarto estava tomando vinho no copo . Foi o ponto negativo do hotel .
Na entrada, escreveram uma cartinha se boas vindas e tinha uns chocolates como mimo!

This was our first visit to South America and our experience here could definitely be described as wonderful. Location of hotel was perfect for us. Right beside the very busy square with excellent dining choices around. Rooms were lovely and spotlessly clean, staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. Would return here. Breakfast was included and enhanced our stay as we could plan our day while enjoying the lovely buffet.
