Hotel fine but disappointing stay this time
Pros:

Location good. Hotel on the whole is nice and clean.

Cons:

Faulty air conditioning in my room made a very loud noise. I had to get staff to fix it on one occasion but the noise returned. There were no spare rooms so I could not be reaccommodated until the following night. Reception did not pick up on the phone for several attempts and when i used the advertised WhatsApp chat they said someone would come and nobody did.
The hot breakfast food wasn't particularly fresh, and the breakfast area very cramped - had to brush il against other customers tables to get through.
This is a good hotel on the face of it but unfortunately a few factors meant it was a bit of a miss this time.

good comfy beds, quiet rooms, good location

Cons:

cleaning, we stayed for 7 days and got room cleaned just once. There is some "save the planet" cleaning plan where they clean every third day. we didnt get room cleaned on the 6th day. People leave the trash outside their rooms since they dont even take out the trash

L’emplacement, la décoration, le personnel, le restaurant était également très bon.

La climatisation est assez bruyante

Esperienza indimenticabile

L’esperienza è stata semplicemente eccellente.
Avevamo prenotato una camera matrimoniale executive con vista sulla città e colazione inclusa, e devo dire che le aspettative sono state ampiamente superate. La camera era spaziosa, estremamente confortevole e impeccabile sotto il profilo della pulizia. Anche tutte le aree comuni, dagli ascensori alla hall, erano curate nei minimi dettagli.
Un plauso speciale va alla colazione: davvero straordinaria. Ampia scelta, qualità altissima e tutto preparato con grande attenzione. Uno di quei casi in cui la colazione diventa un vero punto di forza del soggiorno.
L’atmosfera dell’hotel è elegante ma allo stesso tempo accogliente. La reception, bellissima e decorata con fiori, crea subito un impatto molto positivo. Il personale si è distinto per gentilezza e disponibilità: un ringraziamento particolare al signor Tony, che ci ha assistito con il deposito bagagli con grande cortesia.
Altro grande vantaggio è la posizione: l’hotel si trova proprio di fronte alla fermata della metropolitana Lambeth North e a pochi minuti a piedi da Waterloo, rendendo gli spostamenti comodissimi e permettendo di raggiungere facilmente tutte le principali attrazioni di Londra.
Apprezzatissimi anche gli spazi comuni dedicati al lavoro, perfetti per chi ha bisogno di utilizzare il PC in un ambiente tranquillo e confortevole.
In sintesi: struttura bellissima, servizi eccellenti e posizione perfetta. Un soggiorno che rifarei senza alcun dubbio.
