Mükemmel konum ve güler yüzlü personel, ancak temizlik konusunda iyileştirme yapılması gereken bir otel.
Pros:

Otelin konumu gerçekten çok iyiydi. Metro istasyonu ve otobüs durağına yalnızca 1 dakikalık yürüme mesafesinde. Big Ben, London Eye ve diğer merkezi noktalara da yürüyerek ulaşabilmek büyük avantaj sağladı. Ayrıca tüm çalışanlar oldukça güler yüzlü, yardımsever ve ilgiliydi.

Cons:

Odada terlik bulunmamasını eksiklik olarak gördüm. Talep ettiğimizde hemen temin edildi ancak bu standardın odalarda hazır bulunması gerektiğini düşünüyorum. Ayrıca 5 gece konaklamamız boyunca görevliler her gün odaya giriş yapmasına rağmen belirgin bir temizlik hizmeti göremedik. Banyodaki peçete bittiği halde 5 gün boyunca yenilenmedi. Biz iki kişi olarak odamızı temiz kullandığımız için bir sorun yaşamadık ancak temizlik hizmetinin yetersiz kaldığını düşünüyorum.

Location and pool area very good

Cons:

The hotel was very dark and the lighting in the rooms was difficult to adjust. It was 'mood lighting' which was no good if one person wanted to read and one to sleep. The windows did not open and the blinds were either fully shut (completely dark) or fully open (window the size of the room!). The air conditioning kept going off in the night and if anything touches the bedside table the control panel lights up. Very odd. Would not book again unfortunately. Disturbed night sleep due to a hotel trying to be too high tech.

Pros:

The room was comfortable and quiet, the location is ideal next to the tube station and close to restaurants and theatre. We mostly breakfasted out.

Cons:

The room colour black was too dark to see around. When we entered the room it was dark and we could not find any switches or the remote to operate the lights.

Great hotel with good public transport connections
Pros:

Friendly reception staff, upgrade received, soft and clean bed linen, all room controls in one place, location.

Cons:

The overhead rain shower full of lime scale which made it unusable. Request to pay £5.50 for a fresh omelette at the breakfast buffet.
