Great location & lovely hotel
Pros:

Great location. Clean & comfortable & great room size for central London.

Cons:

NB this has all been discussed with hotel management who were appreciative and attentive.
Let’s start with the 45 minute queue to check in behind a huge conference group. This made me late to meet colleagues for dinner.
Then let’s talk about the ‘smart’ AC/light switch boxes. My room was freezing cold & ambient lighting akin to a 1980’s school disco.
Engineer did try to reset but we resorted to good old fashioned space heaters.
Huge thanks to the night duty manager & front of house manager who did their absolute best.

Cool place to stay with close proximity to all major must do attractions
Pros:

Location close to all major attractions like London eye, Westminster abbey , Big Ben etc..
Cleanliness at hotel

Cons:

There was no baby crib even after requesting and staff was not so accommodating. They need provide same information to all the guests.

Comfortable, clean, equipped.

Cons:

You have to wait to be seated for breakfast. When in a hurry, it is nonsense to wait 10+ minutes in the queue.

Pros:

Nagy, tágas szoba, világos, sok fény a fürdőben

Cons:

Kifizettük a vacsorát előre, de sajnos totális káosz volt. Első nap masfél órát vártunk rá, mire panasz után kihozták, második nap két óra után álltunk fel, harmadik nap volt aki már le sem ment, volt aki egy óra után feladta a várakozást. Egyik nap sem jutottunk el a desszerig.
