Lots of potential, obviously a good hotel that has some challenges
Pros:

The staff
The location
The view from my room

Cons:

My room was dusty
My bathroom sink was blocked
The bathroom periodically smelt
My room wasn’t cleaned on one of the days
The bathrobes were old and left me with a rash

Sehr schönes hotel
Pros:

- sehr zentral, nur wenige Gehminuten von london Eye entfernt
- Unahn lamperth north 5 min entfernt
- Supermarkt und giftshop in der nähe
- Sehr schöne Zimmer
- Sehr schönes hotel

Cons:

- essen sehr einseitig, jeden tag das gleiche
- Keine klobürste im wc
- Die dusche hat wenig druck
- Steckdose im bad ging nicht!
- Unbedingt 3 k stecker mitnehmen !!!

The room was lovely , staff were helpful, hotel itself was good

Cons:

The pool had hair in it , wasn’t very nice , the pool was good , but I didn’t like that I had hair on my fingers, kinda put me off the pool , like strand of hair

Not worth the money
Pros:

Liked the view in the room but we did pay extra for that

Cons:

The spa and pool was more like a children’s playground , screaming kids everywhere
When you pay for 4 star it shouldn’t be like that.
No shampoo in bottle in the shower.
Mini bar was empty ?
Lady on reception was miserable and rude.
Pillow and bed was so hard I couldn’t sleep
