Nice stay, but lacking the 4 stars
Pros:

Location, so close to the tube. Very clean, great bed and breakfast

Cons:

No door on the bathroom, bit awkward.
No shampoo, no hand wash and no milk for the morning coffee.
Restaurant and bar very overpriced

Really uncomfortable pillows. We could hear conversations in the next room which adjoined ours and kept us awake at 2.30am.

Es war ein toller Urlaub
Pros:

Die Lage war super.
Der Fitness/ Pool Bereich war sehr gut.
Wir hatten mit dem Zimmer drei Probleme, die wir gemolden haben. Das Personal hat sich entschuldigt und es wurde sofort erledigt .👍

Posizione ottima, staff gentilissimo. Molta attenzione verso i bambini. Colazione molto buona e varia.

Cons:

Nonostante sei ascensori spesso siamo rimasti oltre 5 minuti ad aspettare l'ascensore.
Il bagno sembrava sporco ma in realtà era rovinato (macchiato).

An ok stay in London.
Pros:

Room was a nice size

Cons:

Air conditioning was never correct temperature. It blows directly on the bed with no adjustment of fan. If on you are cold. If off you are hot. The temperature can alter by 2degrees only. 22 was cold. 24 was hot. But regardless, the fan blowing on you was annoyingly cold.
Also, there was a sofa bed made up when I arrived making the room too small to walk around and feel as though a family was staying. This was rectified but shouldn’t have needed to be.
Also there was no body wash in the shower dispenser.
