Für einen Städtetrip gut geeignet
Pros:

Sehr schönes Hotel in guter Lage. In unmittelbarer Nähe ist die Metro. Tolle Lokalitäten fußläufig erreichbar. Pub gegenüber 👍. Mehrere Supermärkte in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Sehr hilfsbereites Personal. Wir waren rundum zufrieden 😀

The only positive thing I can say is the views we had from our room.

Cons:

The room itself was alright, windows and other things seemed not to be cleaned properly after previous people. The shower was mouldy with eggy smell. Was woken up at 9am by someone banging like they were kicking the door. Was told to get out the pool at 8pm with my child so we decided to go and use sauna, steam room also was very dirty and mouldy to the point I was disgusted to sit down. After seeing the worker has gone, children around 12 years old was still seen swimming so I don’t understand why we was told to leave. Personally I’d rather stay at Riverbank than Waterloo. Riverbank is way nicer and cleaner. Also we decided to check in through the phone, the key on your phone doesn’t work with lifts. I asked the receptionist for a physical key card, she said someone will bring it and no body did.

Schönes Hotel im Herzen Londons. Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet, Pool nach Reservierung, wunderbar für einen Städtetrip. Das hat gepasst.

Le meilleur séjour de tous nos voyages

Nous n’en revenons pas d’avoir pu choisir cet hôtel, car nous étions sur Londres pour 7 nuits 👍du coup nous avons tellement tout apprécié la location car près du métro Lambeth North qui nous emmène directement dans la city que ce soit à charing cross ou Oxford circus et nous sommes près de la gare de Waterloo et de 2 mignonnes petites ruelles «  lower Marsh et The cut » que nous avons pris 3 nuits de plus 😉

Fabulous family trip to London
Pros:

The location of the hotel. Walking distance to Westminster bridge. Tube over the road with pub and eateries on the door step.

Cons:

The housekeeping service. The room was booked for 3. Housekeeping catered for 2. No bedding left for sofa bed on arrival, we had to ask. We had to remind the desk every day as towels disappeared with my son not having a towel for morning wash.
Shower over flowed on one day so had to report for maintenance but this could happen anywhere. This was resolved instantly.
