Placering i stueetage i komplks uden udsigt og med terasse direkte til offetligt gåområde.
Ikke komfortabel mulighed for at side ude og spise, og ophold indendørs mørkt og uden nogen udsigt.

Les matelas des lits étaient défoncés, en cuvette, et donc impossible de dormir sur le ventre, d'où ma mauvaise note à ce sujet.
Peu/pas d'isolation sonore avec les parties communes (la chambre à coucher donne sur la cour intérieure) donc si des gens rentrent tard ou des enfants se lèvent tôt, on entend tout. On a eu des travaux dans un appart à côté, mais heureusement qu'un seul jour finalement.
Le site est éloigné du centre-ville de Cruz (env. 2.5-3km aller, je dirais), mais accessible en bus. La zone proche est ultra-touristique et donc les restaurants y relatifs. A choix, les Wienerschnitzel, pizzas et autres burgers, avec grands écrans (et son) sur les matchs de foot, vraiment pas notre truc...

Un peu trop loin du centre

Keep away from this company and their incompetent employees!
As we arrived an hour after reception working hours, I got in email room number and safe code for key. And what a surprise - our apartment was already occupied! And of course there were not any employee at 18:00. I sent message in booking. No answer. Then I called for many times to several phone numbers. Finally some girl answered me. In a very long conversation she said that actually our room number is another. And then the call was interrupted. I was on the street with 3 little kids. I called again for many times. I was sure that this is scam. Then again the girl answered me. She said the keysafe code but I heard only part of it. I begged her for many times to repeat it but she pretended that she didn't hear me and again the call interrupted. No one called me back, no one sent me the code as the message. I had to guess the rest of the code. And I did it! After more than 40 min of distress we finally got in!!!
As it is winter now, it was quite cold and one electric heater couldn't make it better.
The appartment is not refurbished for a long time (although exterior looks very nice) and furniture is shabby.
Next day I got answer: sorry for the delayed answer. And they asked ME to explain, how did it end. They asked me to send them evidence (screenshot) when, whom and how many times I have called. Seriously?

1. Бронировали и оплатили один номер, а поселили нас в другой номер. Пришлось администратору доказывать, что номер другой. Фото в объявлении отличались от реальности. Цвет мебели и вид с окна. Выбирали номер специально, чтобы был вид на океан. Соответственно, номер был дороже других. По факту вид был на соседний дом и частично на океан. Разницу в деньгах никто не вернул. Сказали, что попробуют переселить в другой номер, но никуда по итогу не переселили.

Слышимось ужасная. Особенно в спальне. Через стену - туалет соседнего номера. Слышно было все.
Так же слышно соседей сверху, которые постоянно таскали деревянные стулья и мебель по полу. Постоянно двигают деревянную мебель. Окна в спальне выходят на лестницу. Слышно всех, кто ходит, разговаривает.
Кровать в основной спальне. Матрац очень твёрдый и спать очень плохо на нем.
В ванной грязь над зеркалом. Мебель уже старая.

Были с ребёнком 3 мес. Он постоянно просыпался из-за звуков. Утром, когда начинается уборка номеров твой сон становится невозможным. Шум с каждого номера словно стены из бумаги.

Заказывали детскую кроватку. По итогу дали манеж. Соответственно никто 3 мес ребёнка туда не ложил.

Общие впечатления:
1. Неприятные эмоции от того, что бронировали один номер, переплатили за картинку, а получили другой номер и разницу в деньгах не вернули.
2. Очень плохая шумоизоляция. Слышно всех соседей.
3. Вернусь ли в этот отель еще раз - нет!

Grzyb na ścianach, smród kanalizacji, brak odpowiedniej reakcji obsługi, dopiero interwencja Booking pomogła rozwiązać problem. Dodatkowo miejsce reklamowane do pracy zdalnej, tymczasem WiFi nie działało przez jeden cały dzień.
