Pros:

Was immaculately clean and quiet. Greeted with a complementary bottle of prosecco in the room. Was a really lovely stay and perfect for getting to Wembley.

Cons:

The dinner service was slow. The managerial food staff were wonderful, but it seemed like some of the other staff were finding it a bit tough.
