L’albergo è sicuramente molto bello, è piuttosto lontano dal centro però ci sono due metropolitane che raggiungono i maggiori punti di interesse.
Lo staff è disponibile, purtroppo però, non riesce ad essere preciso e puntuale nel caso in cui ci siano molti ospiti da soddisfare: lunghe attese al bar, a colazione, alla reception…
Everything was great. Location is excellent, 2 min walk from underground. We were able to leave our suitcases there and come back for them later.

Breakfast must be improved and they must add more eggs options
Ask for a room away from the traffic first night we checked in very late and we ended up in a room next to the road and it was extremely noisy…
My favourite place stay here often chilled relaxing and friendly staff
Couldn’t fault this hotel even if I tried! Especially on this specific visit where the lovely supervisor, Nina helped us with check in. She went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with everything during our stay.

The hotel is new in with that all the services and rooms have a nice felling about them. The staff is also very polite and helps out. The location at the beginning seemed a bit off, but at the end it was great. The hotel is right next to the underground station (you do not hear a bit in the room) and at the same time it is near the Heathrow airport and on the last day that means you can leave the baggage at the reception and just pick it up in the evening before the flight.
Very accessible to the underground and shops.
Parking was a great price for a day.

The metro station right in front of the hotel. Piccadilly line brings your directly to many interesting places in the centre. These is another metro station closeby that is served by other lines as well. The hotelrooms were nice and modern and very quiet.
The area surrounding the hotel is a bit boring, but that did not bother us.
