Very nice !
Pros:

Perfectly located for my requirements. Very clean. Rooms spotless and very modern.

Cons:

£18 for 24 hours parking!! Would expect a more reasonable rate as we were staying in the hotel!

Pros:

Convenient location near two underground lines. Room was spacious and kept very clean.

Cons:

We were given a wet room as a bathroom. Neither myself or my wife were disabled, but besides the point the water from the shower flows out by the sink and toilet which didn't particularly feel hygienic nor was it convenient as we needed to avoid stepping in the water afterwards.

Great staff
Pros:

This hotel is lovely nicely set up and has a pleasant atmosphere,but what makes this hotel is the staff they are cheerful happy to look after you and helpful

Cons:

The bar has stools all set up in front of it and when there are peple in every seat it's hard to go to the bar and get served

Great family friendly hotel, ideally located for Wembley stadium.
Pros:

Excellent hotel. Very friendly staff on check in, my daughters were delighted with their welcome gift and free drink. It was a lovely touch.
Our room was large, spotlessly clean and the beds super comfy.
Perfectly situated a minute’s walk from Park Royal tube station. Ideal location for attending Wembley stadium, really easy access via the tube.

Green Policy Hotel - Saving Energy..Sacrificing Guests

Good location on the A40

Cons:

Both rooms we booked had exactly the same problems. The beds were hard and the pillows were very hard and uncomfortable. The walk-in shower has no door, so the entire bathroom floor gets wet and slippery after every shower. The lighting in both the bathroom and bedroom is so dim that it is difficult to do makeup or get ready properly. The air conditioning also switches itself off every couple of hours as part of the hotel’s “green” policy, so during the night you wake up overheated and have to keep pressing the control panel by the bed to get the room cool again.
