AC Hotel Atlanta Buckhead at Phipps Plaza

Absolutely, positively, YES

I found the room to be damp and warm. No exhaust in the bathroom, a dehumidifier was not available and I could not lower the room temperature below 69. It felt warmer than 69. I prefer sleeping in a cold, dry room.
The staff is excellent! Friendly and very professional!
The limited menu was good and my salmon was delicious!
The hotel is in a great location.

I enjoyed my stay at the AC Atlanta Hotel Buckhead. I stayed in room 225 and it was immaculate and spacious. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I would have given an excellent rating but the room stayed a bit warm my first 5 hours there. It took me a while to realize that the air conditioning unit wasn’t working properly. I called for maintenance and the front desk sent an engineer within 30 minutes. The engineer was able to get the air conditioning unit going in about 20 minutes thankfully. Despite the AC issue that I experienced I wouldn’t hesitate to stay at the AC Atlanta Hotel Buckhead again. The staff responded to the issue right away and resolved it.

I loved it bcs it was very modern and clean. Anytime we called and asked for something it was delivered within 5 minutes. This is my second time staying here and I would recommend it to anyone!

Towels had blonde strands of hair woven into it.

Parking was sercure and easy. AC didn't get the room cool enough to sleep well.

Besides not feeling safe and the unwanted attention of being followed, this was a great property.

Lovely hotel! Location is within walking distance of everything. There is lots of shopping, restaurants, and entertainment around. The staff were very patient and friendly. The room was extremely clean with beautiful flooring. I had a nice view of Nordstroms. The 3 ft pool is indoor and extremely small. This was not an issue for me as I was with my 8 year old nephew and it was very hot outside. So, it ended up being perfect for us.
Parking was confusing. It was $35 per day and initially I didn't know where to park because everything said permit parking. I had to call the hotel to inquire. Housekeeping did not come. When I got home I read a slip of paper that was given to me inside my keycard pack. It said that you have to request housekeeping. I don't remember that being communicated to me.
Overall, fabulous stay!

My 2nd time staying here, still a great hotel. Shopping is across the street, lots of shops nearby and the parking is only $35.00 per night. I’d definitely stay here again. Airport is 30 minutes away.

Room was well appointed and the common areas were clean. Odd parking situation where garage parking mandates you go outside to access. Oh, and the floor ice machine didn’t work.

Great hotel for a great price! Very clean rooms. Staff was extremely nice. Location is great too. I would definitely return. Walking distance to Nordstroms and alllll of the high end shops. Easy to get in and out of parking lot unlike a lot of other hotels in the ATL.
