Nice hotel with friendly staff and a good, hot breakfast.
Pros:

The breakfast was wonderful. The personnel were helpful, though little help was needed. We appreciated the elevator and the proximity of our 3 rooms.

Cons:

It was a little challenging to find the hotel since it was off street and behind another hotel, but not much can be done about that. The beds were a little softer than we like and compared to other hotels we've stayed at recently. There was mud/dirt on the back of the desk chair, not in the chair though. Our daughter found a hair in her shower.

Pros:

It was perfect and fit our needs. I was having a scope early on Fri morning over at Lakeside. It was close and we got back in time to have breakfast after the procedure!

I enjoyed my stay, but thought the overall value was lacking due to the high room rates.
Pros:

Location was perfect, and the breakfasts were excellent - especially the cheese omelets, bacon, melon, and coffee.

Cons:

I had a King suite that had 2 TV's, unfortunately the one in front of the King bed did not work. I also didn't have any towels, so I had to call the front desk and have someone bring a few up to the 4th floor.
