Genuinely pleased with several aspects of the experience
Pros:

I recently stayed at Millennium Hail Hotel and was genuinely pleased with several aspects of the experience.
The most noticeable improvement is in the food and beverage quality, particularly the breakfast buffet. The variety has clearly expanded, the presentation is refined, and the overall quality is significantly better than previous visits. It reflects thoughtful attention to guest feedback.
The staff deserve special recognition. They were consistently polite, professional, and genuinely helpful. From reception to housekeeping and restaurant staff, the service was warm and attentive throughout my stay.
The room size was generous and comfortable, with excellent furniture quality that gives the space a premium feel. The bed and pillows were especially comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep.

Cons:

The towels were rough, scratchy, and stiff. They are clearly in need of replacement to match the hotel’s otherwise high standards.
There are no adequate hangers for Thobs (Saudi national dress). The cabinet hangers are positioned too low, and there are no wall-mounted hangers at a height of approximately 160–180 cm, which is necessary for traditional attire.
The curtains were not functioning properly, and I was unable to open them to allow natural sunlight into the room.

يُعتبر من الفنادق الفاخرة في حائل. الغرفة كانت واسعة والسرير مريح جدًا، وتعامل الموظفين رائع، وكذلك الإفطار.
One of the luxurious hotels in Hail. The room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable, and the staff were great. Breakfast was also good.

Cons:

لكن للأسف مستوى النظافة لم يكن بالمستوى المطلوب، حيث وُجدت بقايا سجائر بجانب السرير، مما يعطي انطباعًا بأن الغرفة لم تُنظف بشكل جيد قبل تسليمي إياها.
However, cleanliness could be improved. I found cigarette remains near the bed, which made it feel like the room wasn’t properly cleaned before check-in.
