Pros:

يُعتبر من الفنادق الفاخرة في حائل. الغرفة كانت واسعة والسرير مريح جدًا، وتعامل الموظفين رائع، وكذلك الإفطار.
One of the luxurious hotels in Hail. The room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable, and the staff were great. Breakfast was also good.

Cons:

لكن للأسف مستوى النظافة لم يكن بالمستوى المطلوب، حيث وُجدت بقايا سجائر بجانب السرير، مما يعطي انطباعًا بأن الغرفة لم تُنظف بشكل جيد قبل تسليمي إياها.
However, cleanliness could be improved. I found cigarette remains near the bed, which made it feel like the room wasn’t properly cleaned before check-in.

سوء الاداره والخدمه فندق ادارته جدا سيئه والمقصود به ليس تعامل الموظفين بل بالخدمات يعني تحط الاكل قدام باب غرفتك عادي يضل يومين قدام الباب استغرب من وجود مدير في هذا الفندق ياليت تلحقو ع سمعه فندقكم قبل ما يضيع مع ها المدير وشكرا

بعد المكان حيث لايوجد شي بالقرب منك وجود روائح كريهه في الغرف والممرات عدم نظافة المياه في الحمام والأسواء تعامل موظفي الاستقبال وعدم اهتمامهم بمشاكل النزيل ولقد تفاجأت بتقييمات الفندق وانخدعت فيها

Cons:

مستهلك ولا يوجد متابعه للصيانه. حجزنا 4 غرف وكل غرفه بها مشكله تتعلق بصيانه دورة المياه.
مثلا بعض الغرف ماء المغسله بدورة المياه غير شفاف. وغرفه نربيش الماء لا يعمل جيدا وهكذا.
يعني فندق بهذا السعر يفترض يكون ممتاز
