Highly recommend
Pros:

The staff is friendly and accommodating. The hotel is beautiful and very clean. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The wifi is great.

It was clean and comfortable

Cons:

I was charged $15 security deposit that was supposed to credit back to my account. Well instead I got charged $23. I went back there in person to get it corrected. Instead they charged my credit card hundreds of dollars for no reason. They ended up crediting me that money back after I had to call again. But still left the $23 charge on my credit card Smdh

Comfort and convenience
Pros:

Conveniently located. Large comfortable room with a great mattress. Breakfast was varied and fresh. RJ was welcoming and quick to respond to my check in and warmly greeted me. The staff in general were friendly and accommodating.

Easy to find

Cons:

Construction without notice. Room view was blocked by plastic sheeting. Was not told of the pool being closed had to turn the entire family around after getting everyone ready after a 6hr drive. The eggs at breakfast had a crazy amount of fake butter in them, basically all the cooked food tasted bad. Ended up eating fruit and cereal

Great staff, clean rooms, good breakfast
Pros:

The staff were all friendly and helpful. We liked the complimentary water bottles and cookies. The rooms were spotless and the breakfast was decent. The late check out at 12:00 was nice to have, even though we were unable to use it.

Like to sweat? This is the hotel for you.
Pros:

If you like to wake up in the middle of the night sweating because the hotel has motion detector thermostats this is the hotel for you! Maintenance came up to “help” and thought the motion sensor on the thermostat was for a remote control. I’m not joking! Then I asked if he had the password so we can over ride the sensor and he said they don’t have passwords. I had to then show him how to get to the screen where it asks for a password. I can’t blame him but can blame whoever is in change of training the maintenance staff.

Overall good
Pros:

Love the location, staff and great continental breakfast

Cons:

Overall, the property was was good. However, I did experience some issues with the room when I first checked in. The room was door was wide open, possibly due to the construction that was on site. However, the customer service at the front desk was super kind and went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable and escorted me to another room. The new room was still dusty from the construction.

Good start epic fail
Pros:

The front desk person was very nice and welcoming.

Cons:

The room was hot when we first arrived. The thermostat was worked on but by maintenance However it fell off and didn’t work again for the rest of the night. It was late when we returned and noticed it was working again. The front desk person brought us two fans while one was a blower. Of course it was loud and the regular fan did not work. Needless to say we didn’t sleep well at all.

Great stay for Business in Augusta
Pros:

The hotel was clean and atmosphere was very inviting. Loved my stay. The hotel is under renovation but you couldn't tell by being inside, everything was well in order and undisturbed. Will be coming back and forth between my home location and Augusta and plan to continue to stay during those business trips. Thank you!

Disappointing stay. Half clean with rude staff

The property was under construction with no notice here on booking.com or their website. Had I known I wouldn’t have booked there.

The tvs are old and their cable went in and out so bad we had to buy a fire stick just to watch tv. We were in a transition period before moving to my new apartment and I usually wish I could stay in a hotel longer but this time I couldn’t wait to leave.

The kitchen staff was rude. They were low on eggs and when I asked them if they were going to bring more out she didn’t even make I contact with me, looked at the scraps of eggs, and replied “there’s some eggs in the there”.

I had DO NOT DISTURB on my door and the fire department still knocked on my door wanting to “see if I had a fire detector in the room”. I didn’t.

The floors had dust and hair on them when I checked in that wasn’t mine. I hate hair especially in the bathroom man.

And lastly the construction left white specs of the ceiling all over my clothes because of the construction banging against the wall. So disappointing when I thought I was avoiding half-baked services.
