Less likely to visit again if we came back to Georgia
Pros:

Front desk had amazing staff n breakfast wasn’t bad

Cons:

Room wasn’t clean had very bad smell as a smoker also seemed as someone mopped with dirty sour water in bathroom my fiancé and I had to go to the local Walmart purchase a blanket and smell goods to just be able to stay. Fridge was broken and wouldn’t cool nor would our blinds raise to be able to see view. Poor was closed also just overall bad to be a visitor for first time.

The place was great and I would come back

A place to stay for a night before funeral
Pros:

The room may have had mold. I and my mom coughed all night and beds were hard as rocks. We didn't get any relief until leaving hotel. Bugs crawling on walls and flooring appeared water damage inside hotel hallway and carpet.

Was great untill the whole temperature control for the ac fell off the wall

How clean and cute it was the pool nice the $15 cleaning fee I mean who can beat that great place I’ll definitely be back.

Overall bad, but the staff was excellent and tried very hard to be helpful.

The battery for the keypad in our room was bad and it took the very nice staff person about 45 minutes to get us into our room because the technology that she had to get it fixed didn’t work. Based on the condition of the door, this was not the first time that this had happened to the keypad on our door. Further, the bathroom sink was backed up and there was hair and other gross things in the bathroom sink.

My stay at the Hyatt was good. I would recommend it to someone else.
Pros:

I really enjoyed the comfort of the King Size bed. The air was good and the coffee in the room was delicious. My overall experience was good. It is also great to getaway.

Cons:

The sink's drainage could have been better. The water drained slowly.

Pros:

Room size, Breakfast

Cons:

Pool was closed for repairs (big disappointment with the Heat), one of the elevators was broke down the entire stay with no evidence that it was being repaired causing delays with guests having to use only 1 elevator (I was with my handicap mother so stairs were not an option and we were on the top floor). Walls and carpet were in bad shape throughout.

I was in town for one night and chose to stay at your hotel
Pros:

I like the location and the staff were very nice and accommodating.

Cons:

I didn't like the fact that there were no breakfast meats available or whole milk. I was told by staff that the meat was in the gravy. I do not like gravy or my breakfast meat in gravy. That's absolutely absurd for a restaurant not to provide breakfast meats. The towels were so rough to my skin and pool was unavailable.

Nice inexpensive hotel in Augusta Georgia
Pros:

Pleasantly surprised by the room, 500 sf with a full kitchen, even though there were no utensils or pots and pans. Also breakfast left something to be desired as sausage gravy and biscuits were the closest thing to getting any meat. Did have fruit and some hard boiled eggs. Check in and checkout was quick and painless. Staff was pretty much friendly. I'd stay again.

Excellent stay! Recommend!
Pros:

We had an incredible stay! The room was comfortable and very clean. Staff were truly extraordinary and went out of their way to assist. I was incredibly impressed!!
Hot breakfast was lovely and we had a terrific light dinner at the bar.
