Ótimo custo benefício
Pros:

A equipe é muito gentil e simpática, hotel bem localizado com vários restaurantes e bares perto do hotel podendo fazer tudo a pé. Café da manhã simples e gostoso.

Cons:

Por opção, prefiro camas mais firmes, a do hotel não me agradou muito, estranhei no 1º dia, mas nos demais já consegui dormir melhor. Nada que desabone a qualidade do hotel.

Funcionários muito solícitos, organização no check in e check out, chuveiro excelente! Café da manhã muito bom!

Cons:

Achei os elevadores um pouco demorados, mas o hotel estava cheio, o que justifica o fato da demora. Foi lançado em meu cartão de crédito uma pré reserva, no entanto, mesmo o atendente tendo cancelado a transação, ela continua aparecendo na fatura de junho. A reserva foi feita pelo booking e em momento algum constou que seria feita essa pré reserva.

Simplesmente perfeita estadia! A rede de hotéis é excelente, já me Hospedei em vários e nunca me decepcionei…sempre foi perfeito🩵

Kennedy foi uma pessoa que nos atendeu muito bem, juntamente com o mensageiro/manobrista que não sei dizer o nome.
Cama excelente, chuveiro muito bom, ar gelando, localização ótima, dá pra fazer tudo a pé, tem muita coisa ao redor do hotel. Café da manhã bom. Disponibilizam secador de cabelo no banheiro, o que me salvou, já que levei o meu, mas ele é de 20A e não tinha tomada.

Cons:

Limpeza do banheiro... precias de uma faxina melhor. Me refiro aos rejuntes, tetos e paredes que estão com muita sujeira impregnada. Trilho do box está preto de tanta sujeira.

Excelente café da manhã, tudo muito bem organizado e identificado. O apartamento com isolamento acústico nas janelas.
Cama muito boa. Excelente limpeza
