Easy fast check in, unit was clean amd comfortable.

Cons:

The light switches when entering the room had no working lights. They need to.do basic room maintenance.

The hotel was ok for just the weekend. Nothing special

Cons:

The breakfast needs more hot foods. Bedding did not smell fresh. Room smelled musty. Shows hot tub in pictures and there was none. The pool surrounding needs painted and updated. Beds weren't very comfortable

Pros:

Good value! Rooms were comfortable and quiet. Staff was quick to solve problems. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful. I appreciated their "pantry" of food as I arrived late and hungry!

Cons:

There was no elevator, so I had to stay on the first floor due to an abundance of luggage. Also, the remote didn't work, but the staff corrected the problem immediately!.

Pros:

The staff were all really amazing. Even when we had a small issue they went above and beyond to get it fixed for us.

Worn out mattress, no body soap in the shower, we asked for clean towels for housekeeping to put in our room and we had to go get them ourselves because housekeeping didn't leave us any, the pool was not open

Over charged for a dirty, smaller room than what was reserved.
Pros:

The location proximity to where I was spending my weekend.

Cons:

Whole building smelled like everyone was smoking marijuana even though the rooms had signs that they were non-smoking, which included vaping and marijuana.
