Rien de particulier, tout s’est très bien passé pendant mon séjour.

Lots de notre réservation, on s’était informé s’il y avait un transport de l’hôtel au port pour prendre notre croisière le jeudi suivant. On nous a répondu que oui, il y avait un transport disponible et qu’en plus il était gratuit! La réceptionniste nous a plutôt dit que ce service n’existait pas et que l’on devait prendre un taxi au coût d’environ 35US$. J’ai écrit à booking.com en incluant l’e-mail qui nous confirmait notre transport gratuit. Je n’ai pas eu de réponse de booking.com mais l’hôtel a eu une note confirmant que nous n’avions pas de transport gratuit…. Allez voir les échanges entre nous et l’hôtel Commodore ainsi que Booking .com en relation avec la réservation # CS20008294834. Très décevant….

De plus nous avions pris une réservation avec déjeuner compris. On nous a remis en arrivant 4 coupons de 10$ valable à un buffet dans l’épicerie située au premier étage de l’hôtel. Un buffet absolument pas appétissant sans café. Totalement inacceptable (voir photos ci-dessous) au point où je leur ai remis leurs coupons au départ et leur ai demandé qu’on me rembourse le prix de ces coupons.

Aucune flexibilité démontrée tant pour nous rembourser nos coupons de déjeuner que pour nous payer notre taxi pourtant promis dans nos échanges avec Booking.com

The hotel changed my reservation by +1 day later, the day before I was due to arrive, causing a major panic and some very expensive phone calls. This took 15hrs for them to acknowledge and correct, after Booking dot com and Best Western became involved. Best Western required me to put down another $400 to get a booking in place to cover the missing arrival night, but as payment is on check-in this was not required after they fixed the mistake, and was not charged for.

Rooms are only cleaned every other day, or daily as a special request - this is not a cheap property!
My room wasn't cleaned on the second day either. On the third day, following a special request, the room was cleaned and towels changed, but the bed was left stripped and not remade and reception had to sort it out.

Noisy bathroom extractor fan that can't be switched off.

Leaking toilet cistern, that refilled itself throughout the first night, but the staff managed to fix this the next day.
Safe didn't work as there were no batteries and they didn't fix this despite it being reported.

Freezer box needed defrosting, and ice had to be scraped back to close the fridge door.

They charge £11 ($15) for a buffet breakfast. This consists of a $10 voucher for the buffet in the supermarket downstairs. There is a very limited range of local food, no shelf pricing (by weight at the checkout, pay extra if you take too much) and no drinks at all are included. It is advertised starting at 7am, but some items like fruit only appeared at around 7.45am. Most people seem to pay for the Double Dutch Cafe - another concession in the same store - but that's nothing to do with the hotel breakfast offer.

There isn't the advertised fitness room / fitness centre, but there are a few bodyweight machines outdoors by the pool.

There is also no airport shuttle despite this being advertised.

Bed has old spring mattress - squeaks on any movement

There was a bad essence of humidity all over the room. The bedsheets were seemed to be previously used and not fresh and clean. And the reception staff impolite. I don’t recommend!!!

The room the bed was to soft and it's needed some air freshners.

When i open the room #3 i could of smelled the mold in the room. that was ahuge turn of the smell..
