How comfortable the beds were and how welcoming the gentleman was upon arrival at front desk.

Cons:

The tv in room did not work, kept saying something about the connection. I didnt mess with it again.

Pros:

Staff was excellent, especially Michael. Facility was clean, clean smelled nice. Beds are so comfortable and sheets just beautiful. Except for the oatmeal, breakfast was hot, plentiful and tasty, especially the mini waffles!

Cons:

My husband was upset that at 900 am there was not hot oatmeal at the breakfast bar. Staff suggested instant. Staff advised the is a remodel in the future, my husband advised the air conditioner was loud and made knocking sounds. This was out second visit in two weeks. We would stay again.

Beautiful, clean, centrally located hotel!
Pros:

Hotel was in a great location - lots of restaurants an stores nearby. It was SO clean and beautiful, I thought it might be brand new and recently opened. The warm and delicious cookie was a bonus upon check-in. Front desk staff person was Ken and he was the sweetest. Beautiful hotel!
