Near from the beach and water sport can easliy found near the hotel.. Very comfortable room and cozy.. will be back as soon as possible

The room is clean and roomy enogh for whole family, the foods were tasty with many variant, the staffs are very helpfull, friendly and kind, the ocean view was great, but we didn't really enjoy the lobby's scent, it's too strong and quiet uncomfort.

Security team very helpful and polite to find parking for us and offering to assist bring the car from back area⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Front Office very good and HK make it room ready before 2 pm clean and tidy⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ . During waiting for the room, i order Nasi Goreng Kampung 🌶️ spicy!but when i taste not spicy at all😁😁😁. I order in room dining Cheese Burger , french fries, but no ketchup! Little bit strange if you put melted cheese on top burger bun😁😁😁but its fine is that your standard, i respect that. Caesar Salad but no romaine lettuce like in your picture....only ice berg, paprika red, and red lettuce☹️. For breakfast need to improve for hot dishes, like bubur ayam very thick, and no taste, soto no taste, pastry product very good, and so many choice....keep it up....overall very good...include for price

1. Hotel cleanliness is lacking, especially in the entrance area, rinsing outside, swimming pool and rinsing after swimming.
2. There are no trash bins available in the swimming pool area.
3. There is no welcome drink.
4. The glass floor in the roof top restaurant is cracked, which is dangerous for hotel guests.
5. The TV picture in the room is not clear.
6. There are only 2 towels available even though the family room type is for 4 guests.
7. No live music entertainment available.
8. There is no Pangandaran Beach tourism map available

Thank you Mrs. Ratna, Ms. Revany for the warm welcome for us and for all staff are friendly and helpful. The room is cozy and clean with a beautiful sea view, the breakfast is also tasty with lots of variety and there is a swimming pool and kids activities on weekends for those who bring children and families must try to stay here. 😊👍

Nice hotel, best beach view from roof top while enjoying many varieties of breakfast offered.
The ballroom capacity and facility are very good.
The dinner taste great.
The location is facing the beach and near to shopping store whe we can buy many things to bring home.

The staffs are all very friendly. Good food too. Varieties of good food, happy tummy, happy customer. The room is also very clean. Beautiful sea view from the top makes memorable breakfast. Can wait to be back here for next business or family trip.

Het hotel zelf, en het team, zijn super! Wat een vriendelijke mensen!! Alleen de kamers zijn een beetje gedateerd. Dat is prima, zeker voor 1 overnachting. De badkamer had veel kalkaanslag en gaf mede daardoor geen super schone indruk. Staat niet in verhouding wanneer je beneden in de lobby staat.
Maar verder echt prima!!
