Betrugsmail vorab, keine Reaktion darauf von booking als wir dies meldeten, weder vor noch nach dem Aufenthalt. Dies betraf mehrere Kunden die zeitgleich mit uns im Genotel waren. Hier wurden verschiedene persönliche Daten preisgegeben und der Umgang damit war sehr unprofessionell und irritierend

gutgelegenes Hotel nahe der Autobahn, aber eher ein Konferenzhotel

Die Zimmer sind sehr modern, alles war sehr sauber und das Personal war sehr freundlich

es ist ein Konferenzhotel, daher ist es für EInzelgäste nicht besonders gemütlich, man fühlte sich ein wenig verloren

Preis Leistung Klasse; modern, sehr ruhig und ausgesprochen sauber
Pros:

Späte Buchung und Anreise war kein Problem. Ich hab ein Hotel zum übernachten gesucht, ohne Schnickschnack. Das Zimmer war super ruhig, die Betten perfekt (eher etwas härter) und das Kissen super. Badezimmer sehr sauber. Gefrühstückt hab ich nicht, aber es sah sehr gut aus mit genug Auswahl. Wer also eine anständige Übernachtung sucht, die ruhig und wirklich sauber ist, ist hier genau richtig. Parkplätze stehen kostenlos zur Verfügung.

Pros:

The location of the hotel is absolutely great and not far from the motorway which is a plus if you're travelling. Managed to have a little walk around the city when arrived and loved the silence all around. The rooms and a bathroom were in good size, well maintained and very clean. The receptionist on duty on our arrival was very good. Easy to communicate with, understandable, professional and very helpful.

Cons:

WiFi in the room available, but couldn't connect it with the TV. When tried the Cast option from the TV nothing worked and couldn't connect my phone with it. Asked at the reception just to be told it doesn't work, so if you don't speak German, you won't be able to watch the TV.
Also, €27 additional fee for a dog is very pricey (especially when your dog is 3kg). What is included in this price? Some special service? Because if it for the cleaning let's be honest, people who take their dogs for a trip and to the hotels make sure their dogs are clean and well behaved.

gepflegtes Haus, komme wieder, empfehlenswert.

gutes Frühstück, Rührei war leider nicht der Renner (Fertig-Ei), frische Spielgeier perfekt. leider lagen keine leere Tablets im Vorfeld aus, -Personal sehr höflich und hilfsbereit,
Betten waren ok.

Cons:

laute Gespräche im Nachbarzimmer, Straßenlärm, unauffällige Hoteleinfahrt, Erdgeschoss-Bistro geschlossen bzw, nicht
bewirtschaftet,
für Menschen mit einem Handicap ist der Übergang vom Weg zum Türeingang und einloggen sehr beschwerlich, (zu kurze extreme Schräge und holpriger Belag.
