If you do not arrive by 23:00 local time on your arrival date without previously advising the property, your reservation will be canceled and the total cost of the accommodations will be charged. Please note that cash is not accepted at the property. All payments must be made by credit, debit or EFTPOS card. Unless paying now, payment for entire stay and any incidentals are required upon arrival at the hotel. Card payments: Please note that there is a 1.66% charge when you pay with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Union Pay or JCB card. All bedrooms (excluding studio & mini suites) have a king-zipped bed that can be split into 2 single beds. Every three (3) days, your suite will receive an Express Service where we will make the beds with existing linen, replace towels, replace finished amenities, stack the dishwasher and empty the rubbish. For stays longer than 7 nights, your suite will receive a Full Service and be fully cleaned, including all linen changed once every seven (7) days. A valid ID must match the credit, debit or EFTPOS card upon check in. Please note that this property requires a credit, debit or EFTPOS card pre-authorization upon booking. Please ensure your card has sufficient funds to ensure your reservation is secure. A bond is also required at check-in. The bond will be refunded upon departure. The bond amounts are as follows: - Studio/Suites with 1 bedroom: Up to AU $100 - Suites with 2 bedrooms: Up to AU $200 - Suites with 3 bedrooms: Up to AU $400 - Penthouses: Up to AU $2000

New Year's Eve: Pre-payment for the night of 31 December will be required, per room. You will receive an email from Meriton (within 2 business days) requesting for the payment, which will be required within 24 hours after receiving the email.

Pros:

Great location, super short walk to the train station and plenty of restaurant/takeaway options nearby. We were also able to leave our car at the property after we had checked out, so could continue exploring the city using the trains and not have to worry about additional parking. Rooms were clean, comfortable, loved having the option to cook and do laundry if we needed. Great facilities and view from the observation deck.

Great overnight stay between flights. Shuttle bus available to the airport as well.
