Disappointing this time around
Pros:

Close to train station, airport and shops, very convenient

Cons:

Cleaning could be better, all our towels had stains on them, not very pleasant,
Always stay here when we come to Sydney which is quite regularly so would be nice sometimes to get our favourite rooms, doesn’t matter when I ask when booking which I’m told not guaranteed, ask when checking in and always difficult yet I’ve seen customers many times and they are obviously regular too get their preferred rooms. I find this unfair
Shower terrible, took 15 minutes (no joke) for water to heat up, pressure so bad, can’t even stand properly under the shower
Shuffle bus only runs Monday to Friday, people fly on weekends too Meriton

Meriton you need to do better, it isn’t cheap to stay there. I really only stay there as it’s so convenient and suits me

Cons:

Booked 2 rooms but they were at opposite ends of the hotel. Had to delay getting second room just have it on the same floor.
Everything is grey. Really needs some Colour to lift the mood.

Will book again.
Pros:

We love the location of this hotel and the space that we had. The pool and gym are also great. There are many restaurant options and Woolworths is a short walk away. Sam Po, the restaurant on the corner near the hotel is highly recommend by us.

Cons:

We found that the pillows were too high for us and there were no options for a lower profile pillow. We never felt quite as rested as we could have if we had pillows which suited us. This is just personal preference though. The other thing which impacted our sleep is the way the bed is made. The quilt is sandwiched between two flat sheets. It was too hot with the quilt on, but too cool with the quilt off, so our body temp just wasn't regulating for us either. The bed itself was very comfortable, it was more the bed accessories which were the issue for us. Still not enough for us not to choose this place again. This is about the third time we have stayed here.

Comfortable apartment in a very convenient location near Sydney Airport
Pros:

This apartment was in a very convenient location for a last night stay in Sydney, as it is very near to the airport. Especially convenient for us as we had an early flight the following morning. The bed was comfortable, the self-catering facilities were good, and it was a pleasure to be able to use the heated indoor pool, sauna and jacuzzi.

Cons:

It cost a bit extra for parking. Otherwise, I would have said it was really good value for money.

A light clean space for a quick sleep

we are arrived at 10:30 from Bali and there were lovely staff to meet us. They told us where to go to get a chicken burger.

Cons:

I had booked a 2 bed apartment but there was only one king size. It was too late by the time we got to our room to do anything about it.

The hotel is very close to Mascot Station, just a 5-minute walk away. There are supermarkets and plenty of restaurants n
Pros:

This is my third time staying at this hotel. The front desk staff, Martin, was very professional and provided a wonderful check-in process. I hope Meriton Suites can have more professional front desk employees like him, ensuring a great mood every time I stay.

Perfect location, only a few minutes on the train to the airport and not much longer to get anywhere else. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the staff were friendly and organised. Always stay here when I come to Sydney
