朝食のフォーが美味しいです。毎朝食べたくなる味。街中のフォーより好きです。それから一つ一つ注文を受けてから作るオムレツもつい朝食会場へ足を運んでしまう理由の一つです。

Quality Property in a neighborhood that is lacking
Pros:

I wish they had a afternoon rate; I just wanted to soak in a hot tub of water which they provided nicely. But I had to pay for the entire night.

Good hotel
Pros:

Nice hotel walking distance from the railway station. Breakfast OK. WiFi decent. Bit of noise in the corridor from a loud mouthed tour group but hotel can't be blamed for inconsiderate people.

ハノイ出張はいつもここです。室内は清潔で快適です。フロントのスタッフも親切。朝食はブッフェですが、オムレツを作ってくれます。何よりフォーが市内のどこよりも美味しいと言って良いほど。空港へはホテル手配のクルマが定額でタクシーよりも安く快適で、ホテルのフロントでカード払いが出来るからお奨めです。向かいにはAEON系のミニスーパーがあり、和食レストランでホテルのカード鍵を見せると割引になります。

ハノイの旧市街を歩く観光に便利な立地、そしてスタッフも親切です。空港の送迎も安く手配してくれます。
Pros:

2泊しましたが、旧市街を歩くにはとても便利な立地で、スタッフが親切です。女性スタッフは英語も上手で、出発の日は、朝早かったのですが、朝ごはんが食べられないからとお弁当を持たせてくれました。このあたりはカジュアルでいいホテルがたくさんありますが、ここもおススメです。

Pros:

Nice comfortable clean hotel, very centrally located. Staff were very friendly and helpful, always polite and ready to help.
They let me store my luggage there for a week while I did some hiking trips 😊.

I had a birthday while staying there and came back to my room to find a birthday cake and birthday wishes from the staff. I didn’t mention my birthday they must have noticed the date when they took a copy of my passport, very nice touch I thought.
Overall I liked this hotel and would definitely recommend it.

Fine hotel in a good location
Pros:

Clean hotel which is well situated. A lack of insulation to the hallway and between rooms meant there was a lot of noise from the neighbours when they woke up at 6am. Breakfast was mediocre.

Nice Hotel in Hanoi
Pros:

A nice hotel in Hanoi. Centrally located and easy to get anywhere. Much more affordable option than the large chains, but with a nice room and breakfast included. Staff was very friendly and responsive.

Great Staff, Clean and Comfortable
Pros:

The staff at Lenid hotel was incredibly accommodating. I had arranged for airport transportation through the hotel and my flight was delayed, arriving at 1am. I had a friend who checked into the hotel prior to me, and the staff kept her updated throughout the day on my flight status and picked me up upon arrival. The room was clean and spacious, and the breakfast buffet was great. I would definitely stay here again.
