Il vaut mieux parler vietnamien
Pros:

Tout d'abord le nom : "Cu Lao Cham Homestay Hoi An". Et bien ce n'est pas le bon, il se nomme "Quy Phuong Homestay". Je l'ai trouvé au bout d'une heure grâce à la photo très approximative. Il se trouve à environ 500m de la plage "Bai Ong" (le mieux est de débarquer là plutôt qu'au port principal)
En plus sur la résa je n'avais pas le numéro de réléphone...
Ensuite les propriétaires sont sans doutes charmants, mais comme ils ne parlent pas un mot d'anglais, ce n'est pas évident si on ne maitrise pas la langue locale.
Du coup nous ne nous sommes pas risqués à manger (ou petit-déjeuner) sur place (le pouvait-on d'ailleurs ?)
Pour finir depuis la guesthouse (et toutes celles de l'île d'ailleurs), il vous faudra louer un scooter pour pouvoir vous déplacer, sinon vous ne pourrez rien faire.

Pros:

Accueil très sympathique ! Proximité du village et de la plage qui est magnifique et se vide de ses hordes de touristes à partir de 14h.
Lit dur aussi confort globalement correct ....
