Pros:

Habitación muy bien equipada y limpia. Ubicación excelente. Personal muy amable y atento. Recepción abierta 24 horas. Llegamos tarde por la noche y no hubo problema en hacer el check-in. A la mañana siguiente pudimos dejar el equipaje en la recepción después de hacer el check-out y habían pastelitos gratis! Una muy buena experiencia con muy buena calidad-precio!

So Perfect and pretty...
Pros:

The location was exceptional and rooms very comfortable.. The breakfast was good, nice coffee
Nice Christmas tree in the area at check in, with cute little cookies reception counter

It was the cutest little hotel, and stepping out into the street was as christmassy as we had hoped for our winter experience

Cons:

The staff were a little stand offish, expecially at first... We travel alot and understand that its our fault we don't speak Polish and there's a language barrier , however at the beginning it was verging on rude until we squashed it with extra kindness

Podobała nam się lokalizacja, bliskość bardzo dużego parkingu, bardzo miła obsługa, przyjazne podejście do naszego pieska (żadnych ograniczeń). Klimatyczna restauracja w hotelu serwująca pyszne dania i urozmaicone śniadania. Byliśmy w porze zimowej a w pokoju ciepło i przytulnie, troszkę brakiwało półek w łazience i pokoju.

Noise in the middle of the night. It looks like it is a popular hotel amongst young people who like to party. In my case they continued partying after getting back to the hotel around 2am until 3am.

Poloha, všude blízko k památkám. Krásný výhled do starožitné ulice. V okolí skvělé restaurace. Moc hezké pokoje. Možnost otevřít okna.
