O hotel foi um achado, muito bem localizado no centro de Ushuaia, o valor da diária muito justo. Quartos amplos e limpos, chuveiro e calefação excelentes. Recepcionista e demais colaboradores muito simpáticos. Café da manhã bom, com pão, medialuna, requeijão e doce. Alguns bolos e biscoitos doces, cereal, iogurte e salada de frutas. Não tem opção de ovos, como a maioria dos hotéis que passamos na Argentina. No mais, excelente experiência.

Pros:

El buffet de desayuno muy pobre, no hay opciones de alimento para cena, aveces uno está muy cansado para salir y no tienen muchas opciones. Y en el piso 3 no hubo internet en toda mi estancia.

Calificó de terrible o pobre porque hubo un día en que no tuvimos servicio de agua. Cuando se llama para preguntar sobre el asunto la única respuesta recibida era que estaban trabajando el asunto y q pronto se resolvería. Pasaron más de 10 horas y nunca se recibió ayuda o un plan b para saber qué hacer. Al día siguiente no hubo agua caliente. Solo recibimos la ayuda de la persona q estaba en el front desk cuando fuimos a quejarnos. Éste nos llevó a una habitación que tenía agua caliente en el quinto piso y nos permitió asearnos allí.
Mucho alboroto al lado del hotel hasta tarde en la noche, impide descansar en su totalidad.

Quarto de tamanho mais reduzido, mas que atende plenamente as necessidades. Roupas de cama e banho limpas e higienizadas. Café da manhã mais simples, mas com o básico necessário. Funcionários muito solícitos, atenciosos e prestativos.

Buen lugar para hospedarse en Ushuaia

Fue buen lugar para hospedarnos. Cerca de la avenida principal. Tomando en cuenta que somos mexicanos, el desayuno estuvo muy muy simple, nada de proteína (solo queso y jamón, pero ni huevo había), casi nada de fruta, eso sí, mucho pan. La habitación pequeña pero bien, funcional y con bonita vista. El personal amable en general, un agradecimiento especial al recepcionista Alejo, que nos ayudó muchísimo con recomendaciones, nos consiguió tours, bicicleta, incluso en horas difíciles, y siempre súper buena onda, gran sujeto. El check in fue súper rápido y el check out también, lo malo es que es a las 10 am, lo bueno, que cuidan tu equipaje sin costo adicional después del check out. El wifi bien. En general es buen lugar para ir y estar fuera todo el día, solo regresar a descansar.

Lixo do banheiro com tampa que não levantava com os pés
Quartos com luzes escuras e paredes muito finas, que davam pra ouvir as pessoas falando no quarto ao lado.
