Pros:

Ons zicht vanuit de kamer met queensize bed en zeezicht met balkon (K107). Vlotte check-in met de codes.
De rooftop lounge was lekker rustig en goed uitgerust, alleen is er wel wat lawaai van een ventilatiemachine.
Er is douchemateriaal aanwezig.
Leuk dat er wat voor ontbijt voorzien wordt, maar ik verkies liever een volledig ontbijt of helemaal geen ontbijt. Nu was er haver, fruit en koffie. Soms eens een klein Spaans gebak of gekookt eitje. Nooit alles samen, geen ontbijtgranen of yoghurt. Die haalbare best zelf in een winkeltje nabij.

Cons:

De renovatie heeft zijn beste tijd alweer gehad.
De inkomdeur slaat hard dicht als je die niet tegenhoudt. Het slot hiervan is dan ook kapot. Onze badkamerdeur slorpte het vocht van de douche op waardoor het fineerlaagje loskwam. Geregeld ligt het laminaat los, voornamelijk in de gemeenschappelijke eetruimte.
De keuken was minder hygiënisch gezien die gedeeld wordt.
Het toiletpapier mag je niet doorspoelen maar moet in een vuilbakje.

Cons:

Sehr ringhörig und störendes Geräusch von permanent (24h) laufendem Wasser und das auch im Zimmer von meinem Kollegen. Kein dunkler Vorhang oder Fensterladen, somit ab 7:00 Uhr keine Möglichkeit weiter zu schlafen. Eingangstüre zum Hotel war nicht verschlossen (Schloss defekt) und kein Personal anwesend. Somit konnte Jedermann unkontrolliert ins Hotel.

Schitterende suite op top locatie.
Pros:

Uitzicht grandioos, ruime kamers, prima badkamer en voldoende zitmeubilair, ook op balkon. In Es Canar wel voldoende open voor boodschappen. Mogelijkheden voor ontbijt, lunch en avondeten begin maart beperkt. De rust en mooie baai zijn weldadig. Met huurauto zijn binnen 15 minuten zat fijne andere plekken bereikbaar, waaronder Sant Eularia. Sant Eularia is prachtig en je kunt daar terecht voor wat meer reuring.

Cons:

Glazen of bekers ontbraken. Konden we wel halen in gemeenschappelijke keuken. Ook zou een stoffer en blik handig zijn, aangezien er nier dagelijks schoongemaakt wordt.

"Hotel" reformado pero dejado y falta de limpieza muy grave

La limpieza estaba todo muy dejado las.zonas de desayuno super sucias, estuve 5 noches todas con las mismas toallas me hicieron la habitacion muy por encima solp un par de dias en geberal esta muy abandonado no vi a nadie del personal en las 5 noches, el agua tiene muy muy ppca presion ducharse es realmente incomodo en fin no lo recomendaria para nada

Lugar muy acogedor y bonito en Ibiza.
Pros:

Ubicación muy buena en Ibiza, es una zona muy tranquila. La playa está super cerca, hay comercios, supermercados y en invierno todo muy muy tranquilo. La habitación estaba super limpia, muy completa, había café y frutas, cocina, bebedero y un gatito hermoso super tierno!!

Cons:

La habitación decía que tenía "cama grande" pero en realidad eran dos camas, eso estaría bien que aclaren, el check out es recién a las 4 de la tarde, me parece muy tarde, también lo podrían mejorar y los utensilos de la cocina no estaban en buen estado y algunos huéspedes no destacaban por dejarlos limpio (eso no es culpa del hospedaje). Otro punto que mejoraría es el de que no hay recepción, osea podés comunicarte con una persona pero la presencialidad me parece que está bueno para por lo menos pedir cambio de toalla o alguna que otra sugerencia, duda, consulta, etc.

La ubicación, instalaciones y el concepto de aparthotel....María es el punto de contacto y es muy resolutiva. La decoración es muy ibicenca.

イビザの冬は老人天国
Pros:

共用部分が広く充実。自炊も完璧。掃除も毎日ではないが自然に綺麗になっている。多人数で行くのが正解。車は必須。また介護を考えた風の部屋もあり。

Cons:

西海岸が人気と思うがこれから伸びるのか？周りに高級アパートメントが続々と。
