В душевых комнатах стоял запах канализации , стоимость отеля не соответствует уровню и комфорту 5 звёздного отеля! Завтрак в отеле в первый день был низкого качества , продукты были старыми , это чувствовалось , завтрак был испорчен. Не было многих обычных продуктов! В отеле не было гостей и соответственно по всей видимости не было продуктов. После моей жалобы на след день немного улучшили качество но уже отдых был испорчен!

في البداية، هذا الفندق مصنف أنه 5 نجوم، لكن جزءًا من خدماته مقفل مثل المسبح والجيم وغيرها، ولم يتم إخبارنا بذلك عند الاستقبال.

**إيجابيات الفندق:**
+ الغرفة نظيفة وأنيقة.
+ الكورنيش الخاص بالفندق جميل لكنه يحتاج إلى إصلاحات وتنظيف.
+ وجود مكان للوضوء ومصلى.
+ العاملون متعاونون، وإذا حدثت أي مشكلة يتم حلها خلال 20 دقيقة تقريبًا.
+ الإفطار متنوع وجودته مناسبة.
+ موقع الفندق جميل وقريب منه ممشى كورنيش رائع تتمكن من رؤية غروب الشمس فيه.

**سلبيات الفندق:**
+ تبريد المكيف بطيء في الغرفة.
+ الجيم كان مقفلًا دون إخبارنا بالسبب.
+ عدم وجود خدمات قريبة من الفندق.
+ بعض أصناف المطعم الخاص بهم غير متوفرة.

Overall good except my point with the reception

The location is good
The view was sea view

Cons:

When I tried to extend the checkout time to 15:00 due to delay in my flight instead of 12:00 and pay for extra hours the staff in the reception refused. Said Check out must be on 12:00

Cons:

Breakfast is not 5 stars standard. I was in Room 229 and I didn’t like:
No security lock in the door, trash bin is rusted, WC door has a noise which can be repaired by an oil drop, and toilet water tap was broken (photos attached)
