Appartement pratique et bien situé (hors de la foule).
Personnel trds accueillant.
Cependant notre logement était situé au dessus d'une salle d'arcade, donc bruyant jusqu'à 23h.
De plus, il aurait été bien d'avoir 1 petit pack éponge/produit vaisselle. Les autres logements que nous avons faits en offraient

The people who run the area are wonderful!!! The room itself was not ideal. Breakfast every morning was awesome! The pool was also very nice.

Flott hotell med dedikerte ansatte som er svært hyggelige og hjelpsomme. Trygg og rolig plass for familier med barn. Rent og pent både i leiligheten og i uteområdet. God mat. Flott bassengområde. Anbefales!

Thank you for a wonderful holiday! We had a ground floor apartment overlooking the pool & the childrens park so this was perfect and it felt very safe for the children. The bus stop outside was great for exploring into the old town and Puerto Pollensa. Also just a short walk from all the bars/restaurants and the beach. The room was immaculately clean and spacious for our family of 6. We couldn’t fault anything. Thank you again :)

Gut: sehr nettes Personal, Lage
Schlecht: Ausstattung der Küche ist schlicht, Kaffemaschine gehört nicht zur Ausstattung, haben aber auf Nachfrage eine bekommen. Nur Pfannen die viel zu groß für die Kochplatten sind. Keine Schere, kein Nudeldieb etc ...
Der Zustand der Wohnung an sich ist ok, aber die Bäder sind definitiv nicht mehr in Ordnung. Überall blättert Farbe ab oder ähnliches. Duschkopf Halterung in der Dusche hängt lose in der Wand. WC-Brillen in beiden Bädern extrem vergilbt, unsauber und voller in den Kunststoff eingebrannter roter Flecken unbekannten Ursprungs.
Keine Nachttische zum abstellen von Dingen.
Nachts laut von dem Hotel gegenüber und sehr sehr hellhörig.
Der Zustand der Poolliegen unterirdisch, komplett voller Stockflecken. Genauso wie die gesamte Pool Area. Schirme am Pool mit Löchern. Insgesamt würde ich hier nicht mehr buchen und kann die guten Bewertungen nicht wirklich nachvollziehen.

Very loud area, the hotel over the street were extremely loud until midnight - every evening! In the morning there were loud cleaning machines that woke us up. And we could hear our neighbour of the next apartement snarckeling. Three of the five bikes to rent were damaged, no light, not useable.

The room was big & full of light. Beds were good. The employers were very friendly and helpful.

We will not come back.

Rigtig fint sted. Gode værelser, store og renoverede.
Søde at lade os tjekke ind før tid.
Fin rengøring. Personalet var meget søde og hjælpsomme.
Der var for mange liggestole ved poolen, selvom der ikke var mange gæster. Der var ikke plads til at sætte foden ned mellem stolene, da de stod helt tæt. Ville være dejligt med mellemrum.
Poolen kunne gost trænge til rengøring.

Bon séjour

L’appartement est spacieux et agréable.
Les chaises n’ayant pas de patin, on fait très facilement du bruit qui s’entend d’un appart à l’autre.
L’isolation sonore n’est pas bonne de manière générale.
L’appartement proposait deux toilettes, une douche et un bain. Ce qui est parfait pour une famille ou 2 couples.

Si vous souhaitez pouvoir y manger par vous même, les ustensiles de cuisine ne sont pas présents en quantité suffisante.
Pas de passoire, petite poêle et casserole.
Pas de liquide vaisselle, éponge ni tout ce qui peut concerner la cuisson (sel, poivre, huile…)

Personal und Service sehr nett und freundlich. Unterkunft an sich gut- wie erwartet.

We had a lovely stay here. It's great for young families as the pool is excellent for children, and the restaurant is very convenient. The apartment was very clean, air-conditioned, and good value. There was a fridge and small kitchen, living room, TV and terrace, which made it more relaxed than just a hotel room. The staff were super helpful and friendly. A few negatives: they seem a bit short staffed at busy times, be careful of mosquitos getting into the apartment at night. Location is good for the hydropark, but if you have small children it's a bit of a walk to the beach and you need a bus or taxi for the old town. Overall we had an excellent holiday, and huge thanks to the staff at Solecito.

I loved that it wasn’t crowded and with young kids it was enjoyable we could enjoy a drink or food and still watch the kids in the pool also the menu wasn’t vast but any food was delicious and cooked perfectly definitely will be returning and staff were very friendly

Из плюсов - отель немноголюдный, небольшой, спокойный; бассейн не большой, но место всегда есть. Номера достаточно чистые, удобные. Персонал отзывчивый, вежливый. Готовят вкусно. Район спокойный, рядом всегда были парковочные места. Мы брали номер с двумя спальнями. Там 2 санузла, один из них - из спальни. Есть небольшая кухонка с плитой, микроволновкой, чайником и тостером. Прибираются в номерах через день. Территория отеля небольшая, но достаточно уютная. Контингент отдыхающих в основном англичане и немцы. На ресепшене можно брать напрокат утюг - 3 или 4 евро в сутки, не помню.
Из минусов - некоторых элементарных вещей не хватает в номерах: вообще нет мыла для рук, шампунь/гель дают один раз по заезду, потом не докладывают, но можно на ресепшене просить. На кухне присутствуют тарелки, вилки, ложки и кастрюли, но всё остальное, как нам сказали, - можете сами купить (например нормального ножа не было, только тупой, видимо от предыдущих жильцов, также никаких соли/сахара/специй тоже нет). Но если вы особо готовить не собираетесь, то это не проблема. Из смежных номеров очень хорошая слышимость, но видимо нам попались спокойные соседи, поэтому нас это особо не беспокоило. Ещё имейте ввиду, что сумма которая указана в бронировании - не полная, при оплате с вас попросят ещё какой-то местный налог, поэтому общая сумма будет больше.
В целом у нас остались очень хорошие впечатления. Отдельное спасибо девушке с ресепшена/бара за дружелюбие и внимательность!

Bra pool, bra planerad lägenhet, mycket vänlig och trevlig personal, charmigt och lugnt hotell. Bra med två badrum. Det gick bra att bo här utan bil med promenadavstånd till matbutiker och strand. Ett minus för de mycket långsamma spisplattorna. Annars är vi nöjda, över förväntan.

Mkt bra och fräscha rum (lägenhet för 6 pers) hotellet är enkelt men tillräckligt och mycket trevlig och serviceminded personal.

Minus för frukosten och utbudet i området runt omkring är skralt, men absolut valuta för pengarna om man söker ett billigt men mkt fräscht boende i alcudia.

Very clean well organised property. Nice pool , relaxed atmosphere. WiFi inconsistent in apartment & air con in one room made a continual dripping sound. Only there for 3 nights so didn’t raise with staff

Good. Clean accommodation. Friendly staff. Reasonably priced food and drink. No problems what so ever. Definitely would recommend. No hesitation in going back.
