Me gustò la ubicación porque estaba cercana a la zona del recinto del festival ( motivo por el cual reservamos) y que tuviera calefacción

En general es un hotel anticuado, habitación muy básica, cero insonorización (se escucha mucho el ruído de la calle y de otras habitaciones , ventanas que no cierran adecuadamente, equipamiento cutre, cero confort, transmite frialdad

Bon descans al centre de Benicàssim.
Pros:

M'ha agradat sobretot la bona situació i la neteja. La dutxa molt bona pero he trobat a faltar algun amenitie com gel de bany o una nevera a l'habitació...

Cons:

No m'ha agradat que no tingui recepció 24 hores i els problemes que vaig tenir amb la web alhora de fer el check in on line, el formulari no guardava les dades personals i no apareixía l'opció de marcar el dni, i al enviar un correu electrònic em van dir que era cuestió del meu navegador, quan ho vaig provar amb diferents dispositius...

Cons:

Hotel con precios abusivos de entre 140 euros a 190 euros por una noche en una habitación pequeña, solo por la realización de un festival en el mismo pueblo.
Atención al cliente nefasto que no soluciona ningún problema y políticas que solo benefician al hotel.
Nosotros perdimos el dinero.
Ante cualquier problema se niegan a ayudar o a facilitar una resolución bajo excusas de políticas de empresa, lo que se resume en: me quedo los 148 euros y te jodes.
Evitar a toda costa este hotel, no hemos sido la única pareja afectada y booking está notificado.
