Not a true family resort concept
Pros:

We came to this hotel at the end of October 2025. After the first few days, a very large group of men checked in as part of an organized event. Suddenly, there were hundreds of men everywhere — they were extremely loud and disruptive.

The hotel is advertised as a family resort, and we came with our teenage children. We stayed in the lake rooms, paying more than the standard rate, hoping for a more exclusive and peaceful holiday. However, the men’s group was also given rooms in the lake houses. They were shouting until 3 a.m., and there were about ten men on one side of our room and another ten on the other side. My daughter and I couldn’t even relax peacefully on the loungers provided for our room.

I don’t understand how a hotel with a family concept can accept such a large workers’ organization group at the same time as families on vacation. After this group arrived, our holiday was completely ruined. There were no available seats in the restaurant or in the lounge area in front of the lobby, and the waiters in the restaurants couldn’t cope with the number of people.

On the positive side, the hotel staff were very kind and did their best to make us feel comfortable. They offered us complimentary à la carte meals and access to the private beach huts, which we appreciated.

Pros:

There are many pools to swim in. One pools goes around all the little houses and you almost get lost while swimming in it. It's probably the biggest pool that I ever swam in. It was amazing :-).

Cons:

The main language of the hotel is Russian. The reception answers the phone in Russian, the shows and the animation is mainly in Russian. This was quite disappointing for us who don't speak Russian at all.

We had such a great family vacation here! The rooms were clean, the food was really good, and everyone was so friendly. Huge thanks to the Guest Relation team — they were super helpful and quickly helped me find my lost bag. Really appreciated it!
