Cons:

1. Большой отель, большая загрузка людьми - хорошие места на пирсе, или у бассейна надо занимать до завтрака.
2. Один главный ресторан. Да, он большой, и, по сути, справляется с задачей накормить всех. Вот только людей надо разгребать руками на ужине и на завтраке. Но это скорее легкое неудобство, как по мне.
3. Пляж - галька. Заход в воду - галька и скала, песок начинается, когла уже скрывает с головой. Тем кто едет на песчаные пляжи Сиде - в другой отель. Мы любители купания и ныряния, поэтому пирс для нас - самое лучшее решение. Пирс здесь достаточно большой.
! Лестницы в воду высотой около 3 метров, требуют минимального атлетизма и ловкости.
Сын однажды сорвался с этой лестницы и летел вниз с высоты почти 3 метра, и ударился о последние ступеньки, так что есть сомнения в безопасности данных сходов в воду.
4. Лифт, определенно не справляется в часы пик, когда все идут на завтрак или на ужин.
5. Курение разрешено везде, к сожалению.

Всё выше перечисленное абсолютно не перевешивает удовольствия от нашего отдыха в этом отеле.

Great Summer Holidays
Pros:

We had another fantastic holiday at this hotel—our second stay in two consecutive years, and once again it exceeded our expectations.

From the warm welcome and quick check-in by the professional team led by Burak Güneş, to the excellent entertainment organized by Cansu Salman, everything was perfect. The children’s activities were especially great and made our family holiday even more enjoyable.

The restaurant offered delicious food with a wide variety of choices, and Caner Arslan and his team provided exceptional service. The pools, aquapark, and beach were spotless and very well maintained.

We highly recommend this hotel, especially for families with children. We can’t wait to come back!

Pros:

Everything was excellent. The hotel was very clean, well-maintained, and beautifully organized. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, the food was delicious with a wide variety of choices, and all the facilities were in great condition. The pools, beach, and gardens were clean and enjoyable. We had a wonderful and relaxing stay and would definitely come back again.

Cons:

Honestly, there was nothing significant to complain about. Everything met or exceeded our expectations. The hotel was well managed, clean, and provided excellent service throughout our stay.

Great staff. Dated, but good value. Lot's to do.

The staff was great and worked hard to accomodate our requests. The place was family friendly. There were plenty of activities for the kids.

Cons:

The place is a little dated. The beach is rockier than expected compared with other parts of Side.

больше всего нам хочется поблагодарить "службу заботы" о гостях.

Для нас это стало самым приятным и ценным впечатлением от отеля. Мы много где отдыхали, но такого внимательного, тёплого и искреннего отношения к гостям раньше не встречали. На все наши просьбы откликались быстро, спокойно и с настоящим участием. Всё, что было возможно сделать для нашего комфорта, сотрудники "Службы заботы" делали: помогали решать вопросы, приносили всё необходимое, уточняли, всё ли у нас в порядке, и действительно заботились о том, чтобы наш отдых проходил спокойно и удобно.

Было очень приятно чувствовать, что к нам относятся не формально, а по-человечески. Нас слышали, о нас беспокоились, старались помочь в каждой ситуации и закрыть все наши потребности. Это создало ощущение безопасности, внимания и настоящей заботы.

Отдельно хочется отметить мини-клуб: девочки очень приветливые, доброжелательные, играют с детьми, говорят на разных языках. Ребёнка можно спокойно оставить, зная, что ему будет интересно и комфортно.

Cons:

Грязно на территории, и особенно в ресторане ( грязь просто смахивают, а по хорошему нужно обрабатывать дезинфекцией), тарелки и кружки грязные часто, неприятно. Ну и мясо часто пересушено. Можно готовить те же самые блюда , гораздо вкуснее.
Подушки очень жесткие.

Sehr gutes Hotel in Manavgat. Ein besonderes Lob geht an Frau Ayfer aus der Kundenbetreuung. Sie ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und kümmert sich mit viel Engagement um die Gäste.

Das gesamte Personal ist aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Die Hotelanlage ist sehr groß und bietet viele Möglichkeiten für Erholung und Unterhaltung. Für Kinder jeden Alters gibt es zahlreiche Aktivitäten und Angebote.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

The hotel’s large swimming pool areas, family-friendly activities, and attentive staff were excellent. The food variety was adequate; however, the menu was heavily focused on chicken and fish. Room cleaning was carried out regularly, and the hotel provided a safe environment for families.

Cons:

The prices at the on-site market were excessively high, which was very disappointing. If you enjoy drinking tea, be aware that complimentary tea is only available in a few limited locations around the resort. The inflatable rafts used on the water slides were insufficient, often causing guests to wait. In addition, there were no poolside activities or entertainment programs during the daytime, which made the atmosphere feel somewhat quiet.

BEAWARE 3 stars HOTEL but somehow awarded 5

POOLS : WORST basically every body grabs a towel and attack the swimming pool benches so by 9 am you and your family wont even have a single bench to sit on , while 90% of benches are empty but reserved by people who put their towels on the benches and left to do other activities i have complained about this numerous times without any action by hotel


Rooms: 2/10 TOO SMALL , Dirty and Very outdated , the toilet vanity almost wants to fall down , the wallpaper in the rooms are already pealed off , the rooms flooring is always sticky and never clean making it impossible to walk in room , the wood is all bloated from water damage , it just did not feel like a 5 stars hotel

Entertainment : 0/10 VERY BAD all the shows was very boring and made by armatures the crowd all left 10 min after the show started , which happened 3 times in my stay cross 3 nights

Room service : 0/10 Don't expect any coffee or room service catering at this location

Beach service : 0/10 NO SERVICE OR STAFF AT BEACH get things on your own , would be nice to put a couple of employees to cater to peoples needs

Public bathrooms : 0/10 worst smell not clean very dirty you'd rather hold it till you walk 30 min back to your room specially if you have children , how can this be at a 5 stars hotel

luggage staff : ALWAYS ASK FOR TIP and make you feel uncomfortable that they had to come and collect your luggage complaining about them having to climb up the stairs and asking for tips
