The mini club was wonderful , many thanks to the staff working there. The food was very good, the hotel is very large and has everything you could want ❤️❤️

Definitely Not a 5-Star Experience
Pros:

Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was a huge disappointment.

The biggest issue is that the hotel is clearly understaffed. There are simply not enough employees to properly take care of the guests, and the lack of organization and attention is noticeable throughout the resort.

The dining experience was especially disappointing. Around 2:30 PM, even though lunch is still being served, the staff starts removing the food. As a result, guests are literally rushing to grab the last portions. In a hotel of this category, food should be available until the official end of the meal service.

Housekeeping was also far below expectations. The rooms were cleaned very poorly, with little attention to detail, and the overall level of cleanliness was unacceptable.

In addition, many parts of the hotel look worn out and outdated. In our opinion, the property is in need of renovation to meet the standards expected of a five-star resort.

Overall, this hotel does not provide the level of service expected from a five-star resort. It was a major disappointment, and unfortunately, we would not recommend it.

Good enough but will not come back
Pros:

Everything was close by within the premises, generally there were no queues in the bars, restaurants, etc, which is not common for all inclusive type of stays.

Cons:

Language is a huge barrier. Nobody could speak English even in the guest relationship office... It was difficult even asking for more comfortable pillows, which we had to quit because we were tired being in the catch 22.

Great for under 10s . Otherwise book elsewhere
Pros:

Here for 10 days and definitely wouldn’t return . No info about resort , where things are , no interaction from staff as to what’s on during day , entertainment is awful . They don’t listen to what you order and constantly forget what you ordered . Seriously under staffed at bars and ice cream stations . Spend half you life queuing . There is a few nice parts of the place like the 24/7 restaurant but again , they forget half your order weather it food or drink. Place is clean , bedrooms are cleaned immaculate . Food is worst I’ve had as a selection in turkey and I’ve never had the problem before , it’s awful and rubbish selection at snack and beach bars . . As for the clientele , don’t both coming if your English , no one here has manners and rude as they come . And it’s definitely not 5 star therefore it’s over priced . Needs to be 4 star. They just don’t understand English to the point I couldn’t even order a latte with out showing them on my phone . For other nationalities it’s probably great , but I have manners and respect for others so don’t bother going unless you a rude ignorant person that doesn’t intend on eating or drinking what you wants when you want lol it only got 3 star from me cos we found a lovely little pool outside out patio door . They put us in the wromg room first night and wouldn’t move us , then when moved give us keys to a room which already had a family in and thank god they weren’t in when we let out selves in and saw all their stuff . It’s a shambles . Then the room we got was such a lucky one but it was the view and choice I paid for but having a pool outside your door was good . Overall we went out a few times to side old town which was amazing and I will revisit .

есть чем заняться вечером, когда купание и загорание закончились

Cons:

1. Большой отель, большая загрузка людьми - хорошие места на пирсе, или у бассейна надо занимать до завтрака.
2. Один главный ресторан. Да, он большой, и, по сути, справляется с задачей накормить всех. Вот только людей надо разгребать руками на ужине и на завтраке. Но это скорее легкое неудобство, как по мне.
3. Пляж - галька. Заход в воду - галька и скала, песок начинается, когла уже скрывает с головой. Тем кто едет на песчаные пляжи Сиде - в другой отель. Мы любители купания и ныряния, поэтому пирс для нас - самое лучшее решение. Пирс здесь достаточно большой.
! Лестницы в воду высотой около 3 метров, требуют минимального атлетизма и ловкости.
Сын однажды сорвался с этой лестницы и летел вниз с высоты почти 3 метра, и ударился о последние ступеньки, так что есть сомнения в безопасности данных сходов в воду.
4. Лифт, определенно не справляется в часы пик, когда все идут на завтрак или на ужин.
5. Курение разрешено везде, к сожалению.

Всё выше перечисленное абсолютно не перевешивает удовольствия от нашего отдыха в этом отеле.

Great Summer Holidays
Pros:

We had another fantastic holiday at this hotel—our second stay in two consecutive years, and once again it exceeded our expectations.

From the warm welcome and quick check-in by the professional team led by Burak Güneş, to the excellent entertainment organized by Cansu Salman, everything was perfect. The children’s activities were especially great and made our family holiday even more enjoyable.

The restaurant offered delicious food with a wide variety of choices, and Caner Arslan and his team provided exceptional service. The pools, aquapark, and beach were spotless and very well maintained.

We highly recommend this hotel, especially for families with children. We can’t wait to come back!

Everything was excellent. The hotel was very clean, well-maintained, and beautifully organized. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, the food was delicious with a wide variety of choices, and all the facilities were in great condition. The pools, beach, and gardens were clean and enjoyable. We had a wonderful and relaxing stay and would definitely come back again.

Cons:

Honestly, there was nothing significant to complain about. Everything met or exceeded our expectations. The hotel was well managed, clean, and provided excellent service throughout our stay.

Great staff. Dated, but good value. Lot's to do.
Pros:

The staff was great and worked hard to accomodate our requests. The place was family friendly. There were plenty of activities for the kids.

Cons:

The place is a little dated. The beach is rockier than expected compared with other parts of Side.
