Treated like a King at Queens!
Pros:

We were staying two nights for business and the staff were amazing, well above what we expected from a regional hotel. At the restaurant, we were well taken care of by Zani and Aurora, whom were courteous, friendly and attentive of our needs.

Special shout out to Jackson behind the bar, our "beer Sommelier".

Rooms were definitely a cut above what we are used too for fly-in fly-out job.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff running the place.
Pros:

All staff spoken too were extremely friendly and helpful especially Peta. Made checking in and organising another night extremely easy and every friendly.

Cons:

Towels had a couple of stains on them and toilet and shower didn't seem to be cleaned very well on second room i received but overall was manageable.

Disappointing
Cons:

Awful sagging bed which dipped when my partner was in the bed so I rolled into the dip.

Not cleaned properly - balls of hair on floor.

One of the water bottles in the fridge had been opened and drank from!

Very noisy pub/bar a few metres away.

Needs new manager

The manager is racist she has a vendetta against European men i was a regular and spent atleast $1000 a day there untill she targeted me now they have lost a valuable customer in there hotel .....hire a new manager

Cons:

The manager is a hustler she charged me 400 for smoking in a room when I do not smoke at all I have severe asthma and a smoke would kill me then another time I visited a friend there and she refuses my friend to continue her stay and did not refund her after she paid to extend her stay and also charged her extra then the original price
