Séjour en famille pour découvrir Istanbul et ses merveilles avec un bon rapport qualité/prix!
Pros:

L'emplacement de l'hôtel nous correspondait parfaitement. Le petit déjeuner était bien garni et à volonté.La literie était adaptée et la chambre très bien chauffée. Les réceptionnistes étaient à notre écoute à chaque fois que nous avions eu besoin d'eux.

Cons:

La chambre était mal agencée. Nous nous sommes retrouvés avec un côté du lit contre le mur et une porte de secours dans la chambre, ce qui est normal pour des raisons de sécurité, mais très bizarre au première abord.

Pros:

Bad cleaning, manager had very bad behaviour, very very rude. Breakfast is nothing but cooked cold egg not warm. I am shocked about breakfast.

Worst place in the world
Pros:

The rooms very poor conditions. When I completed I was kicked out of the property. Left on the street at 1:00 am in the morning. Toilet bad condition

Vacate the vacation 🏃🏽🏃🏽‍♀️🏃🏽‍♂️
Pros:

I don't like to leave negative reviews but after reading the reviews off booking.com and being satisfied, I went and booked it. Heres my experience, the staff in general were polite, and when you have booked for almost 2 weeks you would expect a little more hospitality and warmth, however arriving to the hotel form an early morning flight from London Heathrow, I was greeted with the unexpected which was a dingy room with no city view as illustrated on the site. When I went down to inform the manager, we had a little spat which I won't go into but after 4 day in I was offered another room. The room which I initially booked had already been assigned to someone else this is what I was told. So why have the room advertised on the site as available and this was my issue but at this point it was just swings and aroundabouts. So I left it there. After the 1st day and blood pressures restored I just went with the Turkish breeze as I didn't want to spoil my time away. Moral of the story, what might be ok for some may not be okay for you and reviews can be misleading. I've only out this up because I wouldn't want anyone else or people with conditions visable or not to go through the same experience, as holidays are supposed to be special.

Cons:

A flat mattress where the springs were totally lifeless, the noise of the Hoover scraping around and across the hard floor every morning and being able to hear everyone from their rooms, if you are staying for a day or 2 then it's fine but I was there for almost 2 weeks. It wasn't the room which I booked off booking.com so naturally I'm was disappointed but after a few days maybe 4 I was offered another room which had a better mattress, which made a world of difference especially when you have sciatica and have had an operation not so long ago. No kettle or tea/coffee in the rooms. Broken shower handle Towels and bedsheets if wanted will be changed everyday, hotel was clean otherwise.
