Expected a little bit more for 5 starts
Pros:

Staff was very helpful, meals & service was of a high standard including room service. Staff were very helpful with an early check in with no extra charge.

Cons:

Bit scary standing next to the floor to ceiling glass windows in the room. Was expecting soft closing toilet seat but the bidet made up for it. The shower needs a greater water flow.

Nice Stay in Tirana
Pros:

Kind & helpful staff. Great location. Room was spacious & comfortable.

Cons:

WIFI is not reliable—poor signal strength on the 19th floor. A room like this can do much better than instant coffee. Superior Room = coffee maker.
